Dis-Chem Pharmacies you promote the "better rewards" % off so much , can you take some time to train your staff on the basic math of how these rewards are calculated. I needed a refund a month ago and yesterday an item was incorrectly labelled and they needed to calculate the further rewards discount on that ..on both occasions staff could not calculate or understand how to do it. My poor experiences were at KZN stores - Hillcrest, Watercrest and Midlands branches
Order number : MAK9644399 I ordered 48 toilet paper online , I received 6 packs of 10 of an inferior quality and therfore logged a return the day it arrived. I have called 4 times to confirm that they have received instruction of the return and each time I was told it will be escalated. To date, I have not received what I paid for and no communication

We had our flight from Doha to Johannesburg cancelled and had to rebook. the next flight out has caused us to have a 22hour layover in Doha. Due to the World cup there are restrictions on us leaving the airport without a permit. Qatar airways doesn't not want to help in anyway (accommodation, extended access into their lounge, permit to to into Qatar. No one at the call center is willing to listen and help. Is that how the "Worlds Best Airline" treats its customers. It is no fault of our, we should at least be compensated for accommodation for the night.
I have been a long standing customer for the past few years. I have purchased another contract in August and have had the most dismal experience. The cellular phone that I purchased on the 5th of August did not have network after 3 days and my attempts to rectify this by taking the phone back to Telkom was unsuccessful as both the Chatsworth and pavilion branches did changed the SIM card as they said it was damaged. A week passed and then when I returned to the Chatsworth branch, they said the phone was out of warrantee. I feel that I was short changed by being stalled until the first 7 Days had passed, hence the warrantee due date expired. The Chatsworth branch then sent the phone for repairs to gauteng. Then I received messages saying that I would have to pay R1800 approximately for the repairs of the phone which I was furious with. I told the staff at the Chatsworth branch that I would not pay a cent as it is their problem. Then I was told to pay R180 approximately for delivery of the phone from gauteng to durban. However the phone would return to me faulty and there is nothing more that can be done. I have left several messages with the Chatsworth staff for management to contact me but yet again, no response. I even asked for the area managers details however was told that she was also the manager of the Chatsworth branch. Poor or no communication has left me a frustrated customer. My contract which is pending for renewal ( ********** 812), I have made a decision to not renew with Telkom. Please can someone urgently contact me. I have been paying for this contract since August and did not have the handset. I would like my contract to be terminated.
