Subject: Urgent: Missing Ticket for Oppikoppi Purchase – No Response from Support I purchased a ticket for my daughter for Oppikoppi, and while the funds were successfully deducted from my bank account, I never received the ticket. As a result, my husband had to purchase another ticket to ensure she could attend. I have attempted to contact your support team multiple times via your live chat, email, and the "Contact Us" form on your website—but I have not received any response to my queries. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I’m reaching out here in the hope that someone will finally address this issue and assist me with either a refund or a resolution. From the service, to the food, to the atmosphere right down to the very last thing you could possibly think of, was just UNBELIEVABLE. It is absolutely Ludacris paying R210 per person to go on all the rides of the park, in which you have to wait 1h40m just to eventually go on a ride. The service of the kiosk shops are pathetically SLOW. They should have a limited amount of people accepted for the day. The food stalls ran out of supplies after waiting in another line just to tell that they are out of stock and this at lunch time 13h00. Its absolutely ridiculous paying that amount of money and only enjoying 2 of the rides at the Maximum. GOLD REEF CITY is so greedy for money, Its SICKENING and i hope this message reaches the right level of Management.!!!!! !!!! I'll make sure this message reaches Carte Blanche aswell!!!
