This has by far been the worst experience I have ever had in getting a mobile internet contract. 1. The wrong product was delivered to me 2. I've sent numerous emails and made countless calls trying to resolve the incorrect sale. 3. Neither company wants to take responsibility for their mistake 4. I am now stuck with a device I never wanted to begin with. 5. All they keep doing is launching unending investigations and never come back to you with any solutions.

I've had a contract with Vodacom since March, they can never get my invoices correct. The surprising thing is that they always charge me a higher amount than what I agreed to. This shows me it's not a matter of incompetence but a matter of greed.
I recently had a car accident (impact on right rear) and my insurers recommended that I take my car to Mavericks Panel Beaters. After my accident I drove my car for about 4 days before handing it over to the panel beaters. They were fast, fixed my car within 2 weeks and returned it looking great... When I got into my car and drove it there was a knocking sound coming from the steering wheel. This sound wasn't there before, turns out the knocking sound is the steering rack. 2 days later my front suspension kicked in and I had it replaced. My gear mountain also needed replacing which I did, and now my front breaks need replacing too. It's now 2 months later and I'm just waiting for something else in my car to fall apart... I will never use Mavericks Panel Beaters again! They claim to have repaired the accident damage but it seems all they did was fix the body and change my car parts for old worn out parts and refuse to take responsibility.
After paying R10970 for a service on my fiesta last year, and then being quoted almost R12500 by Ford this year I decided to shop around for cheaper servicing places. When William Nicol Motors was recommended to me I still shopped around for cheaper quotes. I dropped my vehicle off this morning and they have not only fixed everything but did it at R4500. The guy (Max) is super friendly, and took the time to explain everything that my car needed before continuing with the service. I am extremely impressed with these guys!!!
I have been a standard bank client for over 10 years. Two years ago I upgraded to prestige plus, they promise you all these bonuses 'private banker this, call them 24/7, email anytime' etc and ofcourse you pay double what you're currently paying on bank charges. Absolute nonsense - they change bankers every 3 months, when you send emails they are never responded to because your banker has been changed. And the courtesy to tell you that? Nope. You end up going into the bank to solve problems and when you eventually do reach your private banker...they are so useless, they can't even calculate a simple interest rate for you. So you do it for them and they tell you that's not accurate; the system will do it. When asked what their special system says the rate is...wait for it? He doesn't know how to check that either. My 13 year old son is a better banker than Monwabisi Mthimunye at Standard Bank ****arney Branch. Shame on you and your employers for not training you.
