Absolutely awful Absolutely awful. Do not even consider them. You can NEVER speak to a person it’s only WhatsApp chats. They don’t cancel the service they have continued to charge me since cancellation in January on one property and since March on another. When you try sort it out they just cancel the chat. Again I’ve been chatting since 12:45 and it’s now 15:00 then they cancel chat. This is my 4th time trying to cancel the same accounts. They debit you all sorts of varied amounts. Just don’t bother you will regret it
This person sells bakers biscuits and bilton on Facebook and Market Place. You must make payment then she sends items. Guess what items never sent. She is based in JZN Zbut advertises all over country
I have still not ever received a refund from these thieves, I mean business, 2 years later, nor did I ever have my items delivered.
I have been with Telkom since January 2019. A loyal paying customer. They contacted me 2 months ago to ask if I wanted to upgrade to a 25mps for no additional charge. Nothing is for free so I queried this a number of times and was assured this is the case. I believe because this speed is now standard. Of course the next month I was directed debited double the amount. I sent an email of complaint. The response I received 2 weeks ago was a blank email. Sums it all up. Well done for your clear communication. In addition my internet slowed down when it should have sped up. Throttled much? Farewell Telkom.
I find the food really fresh, authentic, well priced. It's not he boil in the bag experience but rather some unusual dishes. I would highly recommend the Chinese green vegetables with garlic and sizzling (beef, pork, calamari) with pepper sauce. Both delicious! My only gripe has nothing to do with food or service but the seating. It can be uncomfortable.
Part 1: Please be aware of this business. They contact you via email with well-priced specials. I bought a number of branded umbrellas for my business in December and paid for it in full. The delivery date was to be 13 January. 5 weeks after delivery. After many excuses for delayed delivery it was clear I was not going to receive them. I then asked for a refund and followed all their requests: put refund request in writing and provide details. Of course no refund has materialised. They even had the audacity to blame COVID which was 4 months after the fact. Now my emails go unanswered. DO MOT PURCHASE ANYTHING. Price appears appealing but is expensive for fresh air. Part 2: As an update, Reduced To Clear contacted me to tell me they would only look at refunding me my money if I removed my review. I received threats from the Director that if I did not remove my review he would slander my business. He reported to Hellopeter that my review was false but I provided all the evidence required in support of my claim. They found in my favour and kept the review on line. This is a copy of the email: As stated, we will only credit this order once the review is down. Online Defamation is not business practice, it is vindictive. If this review is not down by Monday we will then proceed in using defamation online against your business to over 60 review sites locally. Regards, Gal

I received a pair of shorts as a gift for Christmas and went to exchange them on the 29/12. The tag was left on the shorts but I obviously didn't have a receipt as it was a gift. In the meantime the item was reduced by R100 which I accepted since I didn't have a receipt. I chose something else of a higher value to exchange. In order to do the exchange they wanted my ID number which I refused to provide as I have no account with the store and am concerned about them recording my ID on their system for an exchange. I offered to give the usual details every other retailers require like name, number etc but this was unacceptable. No store manager was available. I had to use my own phone to phone the customer service department whilst in the shop twice. They wouldn't help saying it was up to the store. The manager came back from lunch, phoned regional manager and they refuse to exchange an item without your ID number. The first thing you are taught with fraud prevention is not to provide your bank details and ID number. I do not know how well their systems are protected and do dot see why I need to provide an ID number to do an exchange. I was told I can't exchange the item and was told if I get the matter resolved at a later date and the item is further reduced then I will lose out more. I find this policy completely ridiculous and it puts the customer at risk, not to mention that the customer service provided was poor. I compromised as a customer, lost value and may lose further value which the store manager did not seem to care about. I asked for the name of the head of the Donna Claire group which the store manager did not even know.
