Good day I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with Vodacom as they are shaming me by informing all over all my Contracts that my account is in arrears which is definitely not the case. This is a breach of the POPIA Act and I need same to be rectified. I require an apology from them as well as a rectification of my name. I am a customer for a very long time and am very disappointed.
Sherene "Branch Manager" told me they accept RCS Cards and when I need to pay "sorry your cars has expired" What kind off customer service is this ... please explain to me!!!!
I just would like to bring to your attention that Betty and Wendy are 2 excellent staff members at FNB Menlyn Park Branch. They are very friendly and helpful. I phoned in be a use I can't use my phone to send a SMS. There is apparently a problem and it can only be fixed on the 1st October 2015. This is unacceptable. I pay for 200 ssmall month.
I was at the Spur the other day and then they told me that i cant use my voucher on my card because the system is offline and they also could not credit my points. why is this???

I need urgent assistance as this is going on for about 4 to 6 months. I need to phone in every single month to enquire when I will receive my data and my minutes as well as sometimes the sms's on my package. This is really annoying and very very inconvenient for me. Kindly assist me as a matter or extreme urgency. I needed to load money onto my account over the weekend just to have data. and you buy data for R10.00 but it is never allocated to you what is wrong?????<br>
