Platinum Life didn't take the debit for December as I was "incorrectly advised " I was called by the client service to advise this. I was given a few options but no number was given to me on where I can contact them with my decision. January, they went ahead and did a "double debit ". I am considering taking my cover elsewhere. Not pleased at all.

I have called my bank no such request was made, mind you I called on the 19th December to make sure debit is ran early and made sure there is asked. I was assured that debits will run the following Monday 21st. No debit was done, I am simply sent an sms saying I am in "arrears " not satisfied at all!

Even if you explicitly ask which date they should debit,the company will debit as and when they deem fit. Which has a negative financial impact in bank fees.

Not well. I am trying to claim warranty for a product purchased with Amazon.co.za Nobody is able to give me clarity on what I must do, repair centers are far from me, was put through to different people and the phone was cut off, twice! Poor telephone etiquette.
