No compliance
Good day i would like to write a letter of complaint against NDC agent name Muhle Maswanganye works at Hadefields office park block B 1267 Pretoruis street , Hatfield . My complaint is about a payment arrangement of my Markham's account , that i specifically asked to for an account to make payments and she refused to do so and said the only way to do that is when i make the full payment on the day of 11/15/2024 of which i told her its not possible unless i can make a monthly payment to closed of the account . I hanged the call and got a what's app of a letter of demand with 7 days meaning if i don't make a full payment of R1447.45+315 off legal fees. IS THIS HOW YOU GUYS TREAT CUSTOMERS ? I then asked the same agent on what's app me i told her i tried to make arrangement she still refused i told her am going to report the matter to hello peter and she said GOOD LUCK . i then got a second call from another agent who help make a 3 month arrangement.

misled by an agent
Not happy with respond ,due to being misled by an agent signing me up and gave me false information when it comes to cancelation , i was told to pay my accounts directly to my creditors in order to take charge of my accounts for three 3 months in order to get a clearance certificate . Now that I've done that am told i need to get an attorney go to the magistrate court to get the clearance letter from NDA to start using my accounts of which is unfair and negligent from the company. My apologies for being difficult but am taking this further . Thanks Mpolokeng Taole

Gym Company contract
Good day I have had a bad experience with the Gym company due to contractual disputes , i only signed a one year contract and ended up with a two year contract i could not cancel only given a cancellation fee without any option. Very disappointment with the accounts part. Bara Gym company. Thanks Mpolokeng

One year contract that ended being a 3 year contract
In January 2017 i was approached by a gym company consultant to join the gym R199 per month for one year , i then signed the paper work later the year in December 2017 i went back to cancel my gym fee only to find at the Baraganeth branch to my suprise i was told i had to pay R1500 -+ to cancel because according to the consultant that helped me i was on a 3 year contract. I then asked the lady what must happen now and i was told to check what i sign for cuz its either i pay the cancelaton fee or do a change of ownership , i was shocked by the responce cuz i never signed a 3 year contract and i think its unfair cuz clearly fraud was done from the consultant. I need to cancel this cuz i never even used the gym for the 12 months i paid for ,what can be done about my situation PLEASE HELP...
