Milky Lane Kenilworth Centre - Just to let you know they are suppose to be a soft-serve ice cream category leader. Since last year December they don't have cones. Went there on Sunday 30th January and on numerous occasions to hear the same story. Why do they still advertise and have it on the display board if they don't sell ice cream with cones anymore. its really pathetic cause people will be forced to buy tubs now. they should remove all adverti*****t with cones as they don't sell ice cream with cones anymore. really false adverti*****t
Hi. Just to inform you that I contacted Bukhara Cape Town Waterfront about my bad experience (Went there for my 27 Anniversary) on the 20 December 2020. Up until now no one even contacted me whatsoever with an apology . I took almost half an hour to explain my experience but no replied up until now. So many people out there looking for work so whoever is not fit enough to do a job give it to someone else. People work so hard to earn money and to waste money on **** food as well as bad service like that is not worth it. Bukhara is one of the expensive Restaurants but quality of food that evening was pathetic. I will recommend anybody to Bihari in Newlands, best food and service. Money worth spend...give them 6 out of 5.
Me my wife,daughter and her friend decided to get us supper at KFC Ottery (Western Cape) . We ordered 2 x All star Box Meals with Cooldrinks and a Streetwise 3. I asked the that the streetwise 3 must be the new spicy Masala flavour as most of my friends were over the moon about this new flavour. Firstly the chicken we got was the worse chicken ever. It was old chicken that must have been given back by a customer as it was cold, not even a bit warm. The chicken was soaked in oil and definitely not fresh. The chips was even worse. Looked like chips that was just put together and given to somebody. If this is the service that people going to get from Kentucky then soon most customers will go somewhere else. I told quite a few of my friends the bad experience I received from the Ottery Branch. I think the staff that they employee needs to have the necessary s****s, don’t just employee people for the sake of filling a position. Management should ensure that everything that’s given to clients should be something that they want (Put yourself in somebody else’s shoes). Everybody pay for something and have the right to say if something is not up to standard. I actually threw most of the food away as I will not allow my family to eat disgusted food like that. To end off I would like to get somebody to at least apologise and do something. I took a pic, so I do have the evidence if needed
Hi there, I just want to inform everybody about an incident that occurred on Monday (01 January 2018) at Simply Asia Water Front. My wife,daugher and I went for lunch. I placed my order, paid and waited for about 25 minutes, waited and waited but no food yet, 30 minutes nothing yet. People that came in after me got their food and I was still waiting. After I saw that everybody that came after me to place their orders left , I thought that something was wrong. I went to lady that took my order and asked her what happened and where my order was. She looked at me as if why are you still waiting. She then went to kitchen staff and asked them about my order. Nobody knew about my order, which means somebody didn’t inform the kitchen staff or lost my order somewhere along the line. I asked the manager what happened and all she could say was that it’s the kitchen staff and that she will sort it out. The lady that took my initial order was ignoring me and had nothing to say. After a few minutes we received our food but not even I’m sorry. We normally only go to Simply Asia Asia in Plumstead where the service and food is of a high quality (close to where we live). I’m very disappointed in the Waterfront Simply Asia for the mere fact that not even I’m sorry.
