Disgusting service. Signed up, quick to take my money then no one available to assist when my internet doesn’t work since I received the router. Can’t even cancel the service because no-one responds. Stay away from WebAfrica.
Incredible service and quality products delivered to my home by professional staff. Requested to cancel my line in February and have it moved to the new unit within the same complex I was moving. This was requested one week before I moved. After moving to the new unit, VOX continued to debit my bank account for 2 months while sitting without internet. During this period, I was fighting back and forth as to why the line had not been installed. Today I found out that my cancellation was only submitted in March (originally called and requested in February). Thus, I was liable for the line for an additional calendar month. My new line was finally installed a week ago and VOX are now charging me for my pervious unit for April as well as a pro-rata amount for the new unit. Thus, I paid VOX for 2 months of no internet and now must pay close to double for the month of April. The calls I receive from them shift the blame to me and are not bothered in assisting nor keeping their clients happy.

Every support technician passes the buck with no real answers as to why my line is slower than what I am paying for. R969 a month for a 40/20 Premium line and since the day of installation, I have gotten a maximum on 30/20. Webafrica now expect me to still pay the same monthly fee of R969 but the line throttles at 30Mbps.
I am paying R969 PM for a 40/20 Fibre Line. Since installation I have only managed to achieve 30/20 at the most. I now have to pay R969 for a slower line than asked for and received. The support team only sends you a user manual on how to ser up my router. I studied IT, I know how to set up a router and even did as asked but still am not getting what I am paying for! The sales team was fantastic. I suppose they have to he in order to sell a product that does not work! Your technical and support team is horrific as they will not escalate the issue to ensure I receive my lines full potential. The issue lyes with webafrica, not my router nor setup! Disgusting! Do not make use of Webafrica as your ISP!
Little over a month ago, I paid Vodacom 3 months in advance covering my bill up to and including February leaving my next payment due only in February for March. After reviewing my statement with Vodacom via telecommunication and also visiting a Vodacom store, several Vodacom staff have confirmed that money is missing...some of their staff saying that my next payment is due at the end of this month... This is disgusting as no one can tell me where all that money has gone! This is not a small amount either, this is thousands of brands that I paid which is now missing!!! I refuse to pay Vodacom another cent and am visiting a legal adviser for advise on the matter!
