Bad experience. I was told the perks on clientele service for 150 a month would be worth it and they give vouchers. I claimed my 40r bolt voucher and was able to claim it on bolt as well then when It was active as a promotion on my account after booking a ride I had to still pay the 40r thank God I had the extra cash. I demand you guys pay me back my 40r and you don't mislead me giving us vouchers that's aren't available on apps anymore.
Just want you to know of how ***ist the shell eastbury garage is. Posting job ads telling men the jobs taken and telling women they got interviews. Very unprofessional WhatsApp person as well sending me thumbs up and not giving me answers. WhatsApp person tells me the job is taken and tells the lady that's next to me to come in for an interview they still hiring. Then I question why thou because you called my friend why not me is it because I'm a guy? Good day. I'm currently a member of the escape gym for the past +-6 months. I have been making my payments via debit order and I recently changed my banking account and I made it my duty to notify my debit order for escape gym at approximately 14 days before my debit order went out. I spoke to an Indian lady from the accounts department and she assisted me via the phone and she took all my banking details down and said that it's been updated I've also given her my new contact number. As far as I was aware about my account with the escape gym it was up to date. I called in today to check up on that because I was on my way to deposit some cash into my old account and when I saw my balance it was on a negative balance and I was shocked so I printed out a bank statement and enquired about this. My bank charge is sitting on R 815.00 at the moment because of this unpaid debit and I will not be liable to pay up this and then also be liable for paying an amount of R650 something towards the escape gym for my membership. I've called the escape gym 4 times I spoke to a zandile at first she made it seemed as if I was lying about this and when I asked for the manager I was told that she wasn't in. I called back for the second time and I spoke to Derrick because I signed up for the membership with him. I was help by him and I was referred to speak to the manager and I was put through by him and the call automatically cut off. I then called back and asked the receptionist for details to lay a complaint about the situation I'm in and I was just transfered to the manager of the gym who magically was in then and I spoke to her and she offered me to pay R500 and something which was unreasonable and I would like to know who's going to be liable for all this because I made it my duty to notify you guys way more then 10 days. As a customer I expect to be notified of the outcome of this situation urgently. I want my membership to be canceled because of you guys incompetence towards my situation I'm currently in because of your staff. Also the Indian lady I spoke to over the phone should be liable for the expenses I've incurred.
Hi, My name is Sameer Sayed Mohideen and I am an Edgar's account holder. I recently walked in the red square store in gateway two weeks back and I saw a fragrance that I liked after a friendly sales associate recommended that specific fragrance and I did not have my card on me or the cash to purchase it so I came back the following week to purchase it and I brought a friend along to give me his opinion before I purchased it and I was approached by a colored sales associate by the name of Natasha if not mistaken. She told me that just because I work in the mall I should not come and take advantage of the fragrances and spray the tester because the store pays for it and we come in and constantly abuse it. I would like to make it known not only did she embarrass me in my friends presence she also was very rude for a sales associate. I came in the store to purchase that specific fragrance and I was belittled by her just because I work in the mall. The bottom line here is that you guys should not hire rude people to be sales associates I was so angry and I just walked out the store. I buy fragrances on a very rare basis in every 3 months and when I do buy them I go to a girl named Lisa or a fair colored guy at the red square store. I am going to let hello Peter know about my experience and I expect to be notified of the status of my complaint. Not only did your sales associate put me of from purchasing from you guys on that day but she made you guys lose a R1500 sale. I have bought the very same perfume from Foschini.
