I phoned for rain damage claim when raining on Wednesday, 25 June 2025, got a claim number and that was last I heard from them. How can the rain damaged be repaired nearly a week after????
If I could give 0, I would! Please, DO NOT waste your money! I bought an Extreme Deluxe Couple Spa voucher on Hyperli - paid a lot of money. My first problem was that I struggled for more than a week to get hold of them on the phone to make a booking - phoned more than once a day to try and make a booking! When we arrived, the only person that was friendly, was the doorman at the Cape Royal Hotel - 100% for him!!! When we arrived upstairs at the spa, the rudest woman was at reception, shouting where is my voucher. No welcome drink, as per the voucher, was ever offered. When we went to the darkest room ever, we were told to get undressed and lay down - no problem. But when the massaging started, OMW, NO SMELL AT ALL of any of the oils that they used, nothing at all. The only smell that we could smell, was when they did the "facial" - that smelled like Lux soap. My "head massage" was just the lady scratching my hair around - my husband's "the******" kept on going out in the middle of the sessions. When she left again during the head massage, he looked over at me to see how I was doing - my "the******" was sitting on her cellphone!!! After this whole ordeal, we were told to go take all our belongings and go to the sauna. When we got there, the lady left us alone to get into sauna - first thing I saw was the ****roaches!!! I refused to go in there. My husband thought, ok, there is a shower, lets wash off all this disgusting oils. He was just OPENING the taps and a RUDE lady burst into the room - with my husband semi naked to get into the shower!!!! Shouting that we must pay R150 before we can shower!!! OH MY WORD!!!! Shouting that the the****** told us - which THEY DID NOT!!! And besides the point, you cannot just burst into a room with semi naked people????? We got dressed and was about to leave, but the RUDE reception lady told us we must pay R150 for the shower - it says so on our voucher, according to her. I insisted that she shows me where it stands on the voucher - she could not show it on my voucher. She tried to go on that we must pay, but we were not going to pay for something we did not use. Goodness, please do not waste your money. If I knew what I know now, I would have never bought this voucher. THE ABSOLUTE WORST SPA TREATMENT I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!

Smokey Joe Tin full of oil I bought a tin of Smokey Joe dog food (big one) for my dogs. When I opened it, half the tin was full of oil - I could not give that to my dogs. I contacted them on 4 August 2024 - they rep**** on 26 Aug, 27 Aug and 5 September with: "we are investigating". What is there to investigate??????? I bought the dog food (that is quite expensive!) and I attached pictures with my mails - what is there to investigate for more than 2 months already with no replies or outcome????

Since my review on 26 June 2024, nothing has changed. The return parcel has STILL not been collected. Every time I email customer support, they say tomorrow. Every time its tomorrow. Dont know how many tomorrows there are. My last day for return is on 9 July. If they dont get it, I wont get my money back. Someone is going to pay for this return money if not in time and it will not be me.
If I could give 0, I would - because that is the service you get. Been requesting a return pick up from them. Got a sms stating 2 days. After day 3 passed with no pick up, I contacted support email. Another day passed, then they finally rep**** it has been escalated to a consultant and I will have a response in 24hrs. 24 hrs has also passed, and STILL NO ANSWER TO WHEN MY PARCEL WILL BE COLLECTED!!!!!
After my previous review, I received a call from Vodacom, saying they are sorry, everything will be cancelled. But then, end of the month came and AGAIN THE MONEY WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. SERIOUSLY??????? What must I do to stop this???????
I just want to cancel my contract, but every time I phone there is a different reason why it can not be cancelled. My contact period ends tomorrow, 7 March 2024. I have called on 1 February, I called on 1 March and I called again today, 7 March - and every time there is a different reason why it can not be cancelled. JUST CANCEL THIS CONTRACT!!!!
Absolutely NO client service!!! My husband had an unit installed, but seems like contract expired and when he called, after being put through to more than 4 people, they finally said they will have an look and call back-that was more than 2 weeks ago! I have been requesting call backs on their website, but no one ever calls. Really bad service!!!
