Pineapple and Tracker do not communicate the fine print
I was insured with Pineapple. I was instructed to go to install a Tracker device from Tracker to calculate KM for cash back purposes. I then cancelled with Pineapple . What was not communicated is I was signed up for a 3 yr contract with Tracker which continues even when I cancelled with Pineapple. Now I am stuck with a cancellation fee that I must pay to Tracker . I feel it’s not fair that this is not communicated in bold print about the Terms and conditions of being under Pineapple and the device from Tracker. I am forced to pay this cancellation fee or I must continue paying R69 on a monthly basis for a tracking device I don’t need.

Disappointing Telkom Online Process
I App**** on the Telkom website for a laptop on the 3rd of January 2024. I was approved within a day but I am still waiting for my order to be processed and delivered to me. I have been following up since the time I app****. If I don’t call nothing gets done to my order. I am so disappointed in Telkom’s online process. I’m even thinking of giving up.

Disappointed with Avbob Admin Process
I put in my claim at Bethal Avbob branch in Mpumalanga ,filled in the forms and left, they called me the next day that they completed the forms incorrectly I should come back, went back, later they called saying they can’t find my beneficiary , I went back and gave them the policy number which they then found. My claim was only processed by Wednesday when I was there from Monday. It’s Friday and my claim has not been payed . The funeral is tomorrow 09-12-2023 and I haven’t received my payout. How am I supposed to make funeral arrangements. The agent says even if they make the payment today. It will reflect in 48 hours. How is this helping grieving families. Do you they even consider the urgency and need of the money. I’m so disappointed with Avbob
