Account reactivated, no idea how or by whom. i cancelled my netflix account in Jan 2026 i think. today i receive a bank notification that a payment for netflix came off my account. I did not reactivate my account. I need the money to be reimbursed asap.
issue, i am making an eft to my kids school and the payments keeps reversing there are sufficient funds i am using the correct banking details (copy&paste) i have tried finding a resolution via secure chat, but they either keep redirecting me, take forever to respond, and just dont help to resolve the issue. no one seems to be invested in helping me to solve this issue.

I have tried contacting Wesbank to enquire and cancel a charge for Retrenchment Benefit**on my statement. This is not something that i selected so i am not sure how it has been activated. also when i get through to an agent they do the security verification ask a few questions and then i lose them and get put back into the queue.

Unable to access customer portal. I am registered. i get an error message when i hit submit. tried chat function, but it constantly shows "the agent has left the conversation"
Payment reversal, not possible with scheduled payment per FNB online chat. Only explanation given is because it is not once off. i paid someone manually and forgot to cancel the scheduled payment for that month and the bank says it cant help because of afore mentioned "reason". which is not really explaining. Also why does it cost R325 for eft payment rvs and may take up to 21d at which point the person would have already spent the money?
Advance Payment made 29 May 2025 Query logged MQ-24059 specifically stating that amount should be app**** to CAPITAL sum and NOT to reduce instalment. Seems agents DO NOT READ queries!!!
