It has come to point of raising my concerns on this bus line ,everytime I depart or accompany my loved ones I always experience a bad customer service from the employees.It happened that on the 14of Jan 2021 when I was accompanieng my two nephews who where travelling from Durban to PE in the evening I had an interaction with the guy who was loading luggages on the bus who was rude from the mear action from us for sticking the luggage tag on the back of bus ticket.He was very rude and angered
I m happy about the service that I had received from Parcelspot,I requested for the pickup for my car registration papers on Tuesday date 18 August promised date for delivery was the 21 of August,But I received them early in the morning on the 20 of August.Service is great at a reasonable cost.As a client just make sure that if they are collecting from you have the 4copies ready for paper trail
Inconvenience,Bad service & customer treatment from their airport customer service desk.It happened that on my birthday touring packages I had booked with this line via a travelling agent called(Travelstart)my journey was on schedule on my departure date being the 03 of May then on my way back to SA on the 9th of May flights where rescheduled with not even an alert on phone only via my work email,This inconvenienced me to miss a domestic flight which they where not even willing to refund.
Quality on point and as advertised with delivery on time with easy way of tracking the delivery of goods.I was always afraid of false adverti*****ts on line but Superbalist online shopping has proved to be the best,This line has ease my fear and turned it to be more of an online buyer addict
Con Company I warn you not to order from these crukes they robe of your money and communicate with you via email the worst thing is they will give you order no and tracking after a week and you'll wait for their duration of 6weeks for delivery and when you enquirer they will make stupid excuses about the shipping company YAWEEN-CHINE while they have taken your funds and don't wanna refund you.
I joined the club in August 2017 after being lied to by the sales consultant at Shaka that they had a promotional package which will be due by 25th August 2017,Contract for 12 yrs costing R23 000 upfront payment of 25% being R5750 plus joining fee R1220. Reason for joining was to cut cost on international travelling as I was planning to tour internationally.Most often most of local travelings I was using my bookings.com which had been fairly reasonable.So this promo came with extra promotional packs.4 night mid week local bookings listed and R1500 disc on local bookings,7 nights to ****et. Mistaken I normally investigate before engaging on things,But on this one I don't know why.My first disappointment was that the cancellation time was sooh' short 5 Days and the registration period long as it took 3 weeks to get my membership no. of which I needed the membership no. in order to be able to check and put into practice what I had engaged myself on.I was told to have the member to do the bookings or redeem the promotions.After I was granted the membership no.In redeeming the first promo round abt the 12 of Sept I talked to Debbie in order to have an advanced booking.Who told me that I should book 3weeks before my planned dates.Again I called this year to do bookings on the strangest mid week dates they accommodate on the telephone she agreed to 26 of March but when I sent confirmation she comes with another story that its to soon book by the 12 of Feb so I ask her what by the time I make a booking its full,Then she tell she cants do a thing about that.While with the ****et promo I had to do all the administration myself with no assistance whats so ever from the company.When doing the local booking trying to book advance and at discounted prices the response I had was that most of these places that are on the booklet do not fall on the companies Portfolio.The ones available the seem not to be better of in price.So I asked myself exactly as a client if what has been promised to me its not being saved,Where my money exactly going.On top having to pay an amount R1440 for renewal of contract which was never communicated when joining only found out later, that is not pleasing me at all.My account is all in order but one thing I must say I have engaged with a Con Company.Not PLEASED,Please deliver on YOUR promises.CANCELLATION TO FOLLOW
