The service the staff at Checkers Menlyn give is so appalling. A very rude lady named Thulisile/Thulani at the cigarette counter (she wears glasses) she's so damn rude, it makes me wonder how she even got this job. She could learn a thing or two about what customer service really is.
Pep Menlyn's service is always so bad. There's always no cashiers available to assist customers. They'd rather go to the back and be on their phones, they couldn't be bothered even if there's a long queue. Please sort put your staff or you'll lose business.
If I could give a 0. I would. My benefits were suspended and yet I've been paying every month. Guess how I found out? When I had taken my son to the doctor and I needed pre authorization. I am highly disappointed.
The biggest mistake I made was purchasing anything from this business. Her products gave such bad acne. I'm now left with scars on my neck and face. When I voiced out my concerns about her products, she just ignored.such horrible service!
It's always smooth sailing when it comes to Elixi,no issues when going to the Dr or claiming. I'd recommend it anyday and it is very affordable too.

I am highly disappointed with old mutual, took out a funeral cover with them. I paid for a good two years before I was retrenched. I then applied for a payment holiday for 6 months, I'd even send emails to communicate with them, reminding them to debit after the payment holiday is done because I did not want the policy to lapse. I was told every is under control and that my account will be debited in November. They debited for three months,November, December and January then I started receiving sms's that I've missed premiums. I went to their branch yesterday only to be told that my policy lasped in July and the lady who was helping me said there's no sign of them even debiting my account. What nonsense is this?? Why is not updated on the system that you guys have been debiting me and that my policy is still active? I'm highly disappointed.
I am not happy with the service I got at the kfc in wonderpark.The service is so pathetic. Firstly I got there and the was no one to take my order,I had to drive back and fourth only to be told that I have to wait for the chicken for about 20 min as it was not ready. As I was telling them how unhappy I was with their service.instead of them being unapologetic.some dark skinned lady with a bald head starts singing some song saying “even if I scream,nothing will change” I felt that was so disrespectful. If this is the kind of service she gives to every customer then KFC wonderpark will certainly lose customers.
