I am still waiting for a refund 3 weeks after my parcel was collected. No way to contact customer service and no communication whatsoever no updates
Poor service from contract department. Why am I owing when my contract was terminated in march?
I ordered fans online they came damaged, logged a return it was not collected when it was supposed to be, took it to the store they said it’s a 3rd party product they don’t have it in store so I had to return home with it. Still waiting for it to be collected. No communication whatsoever, on the app it still says processing. I just want a return/ exchange if possible. I don’t understand why as a customer I have to be told about 3rd party products, it should be between makro & them not customers. To say I’m frustrated is an understatement U
I closed my account on the 30th of September I was told 7-10 working days, it passed the account was still active, I went back to the branch I was told it’s 15 working days, that also passed I went back to the branch and I was told its with the head office they can’t do anything on their side. This is the exact reason why I closed all my accounts with Old Mutual . No communication whatsoever, I asked if there’s any additional documentation needed they said they don’t know. How is my account going to be closed if no one knows what to do?
Hungry Lion Mokopane. Please educate your staff about the promotions and customer service. I waited for over 40 minutes because they didn’t know how to redeem coupon. Not even a sorry for the long wait all they said was “the people who do coupons are not in today “ and ended up paying extra for something i was supposed to pay half for all because someone who handles the coupons is not in? Really? Why isn’t there someone delegated to do that? I left that place very unhappy.
