Royal Jelly
I was very much disappointed with the product that you have sent me, in the container it was written 30ml and when I opened it was not even half of that .. I have pictures to show you what I have experienced and to prove what I am talking about the Royal Jelly that is supposed to be 30ml is not and if you say it was a sample I have a sample you sent of the Caviar Cellular Active Serum together with the Royal Jelly that is in a sachet not a container

I logged a complain and your employees where very helpful I was contacted by your customer service provider and the store manager at Dinny's Supermarket we resolved the matter and both parties were happy .. Stock
Every time they make specials the stock is not available .. we have been waiting since Saturday until today for the coca cola that are on special and the Simba the list is endless they never bother themselves with putting them on the shelves and this is not a one time incident it's something that happens frequently .. they have shortage of staff that pick n pay is a mess that's all I can say

Broken fridge

No Water
I have once complained about the water issue and they gave me a reference number my house number is 5846 Makhalima Street Zone 12 Sebokeng 1983 the 4 street from my house don't have water but the corner house at my street and the whole of Zone 12 have water, from my uderstanding they were going to do the water reduction/ low pressure but we don't have water at all it's rainy season the Vaal Dam will be reaching 100% son and they will open the dam while we don't have water . They promised us water but they can't deliver are we not the South Africans

We bought a refrigerator at OK Thabong shopping center at Sebokeng they sent the fridge that is broken and we reported it they sent someone to check it and told us that it won't be fixed instead of them replacing the fridge the manager is telling us stories we don't want them to fix the fridge we want them to take it and give us the new one please

I have an account with MRP MONEY and had made a some few purchase I was shocked when I received a statement via email that said I made a purchase of airtime when I never did nor receive any airtime on my phone I mean I am using a contract phone and it gives me enough airtime to last me for a month what doesn't make sense to me is that how can I make airtime purchase of R300 on the same day and the funny part is I sent you guys emails regarding this matter and I have not received any response I need to know who made those airtime purchase and how

I had an account with Edgars +- 6 years ago and when I when I tried to call them to arrange payment the call center agent told me that my ID doesn't appear on their system tried to call again on the different number they told me the same story and one of the consultant took my details and they sent me an email but until date nobody came back to me. In short I am blacklisted and Edgars cannot help me but they are the ones who blacklisted me
