Please don't sell your pets to this pet shop
Puppies not well looked after 6 in 1 little cage. Owner very rude when I offered to buy ointment for the one puppies eyes as they were red, swollen and had muck all over them. Owner told me to mind my own business and get out of his shop. Wish I could buy all of them. Please don't sell your puppies to this pet shop.

Worst service ever
The worst courier service ever. Say they are going to deliver on a certain day and package never arrives. When phoning them they say the driver ran out of time and the parcel is now lying at the depot. No apology, no it will be delivered today. Seriously I would not recommend using them at all. If you want a superb courier service use Courier IT, they are simply amazing.

PATHETIC SERVICE
Pathetic service. Bought furniture on line, was not happy with it. Wanted to return it an select something else, impossible to get through to head office, they just cut the call every time. Sent 3 emails still no response. Save yourself the aggravation and don't buy from them.

Disappointed
Delivery took very long. Absolutely no communication and you can't even phone them. Really recommend that they keep their clients updated, it almost makes you feel like you have bought from an illegitimate company

Well 8 days later and still no feedback. I totally withdraw my praise for Amelia. All the same, so nice on the phone but absolutely no feedback. Beyound poor service

Outstanding service
Absolutely outstanding service. After speaking to about 30 different people with no joy, I was eventually blessed by speaking to Amelia. It was my intention to cancel every contact I have but after speaking to Amelia I have definitely had a change of heart. Amelia you are a true gem and any company would be honored to have you on their team. Thank you, thank you

DISCOVERY CARD PROTECTOR PLAN
I am not writing this review to benefit myself as I have cancelled the above policy with Discovery Life. I am hoping to reach a few individuals who can learn from my mistake. My protection plan with Discovery Life covered dread disease as well as disability. Last year October I was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer - Stage 3, Metastatic Grade 3. The cancer had spread into the axillary lymph node as well. Oncologist called me in to give me the devastating news and also tell me that triple negative cancer is a rare cancer and chances of ****ing the cancer were far less than normal breast cancer. Aggressive chemo started in October 2017 and I have my last chemo in February this year. If I am lucky enough I will then have surgery followed by 28 rounds of radiation. My plea to anyone who reads this - do not take cover with Discovery Life for anything. My policy was worth a miserable R30 000.00 and they declined it saying that my cancer is not serious enough. Please please be careful when considering any of Discovery Life products. My experience with Momentum, Liberty, Nedbank and Channel Life was amazing. Not did they only pay out but they displayed concern and sympathy for what i was going through. Please people be very careful. Discovery Health - Amazing. Discovery Life - definitely don't recommend.
