Taurus Bead Maker - Needed help with instructions, machine parts and receipts because the booklet given with the machine is Pathetic, It has no clear instructions with putting the machine together, what the sizes of the blades are etc. I called Creative Housewares 9 times without actually getting a reply from any of the departments. The receptionist was very rude when I left my message with her to request SOME HUMAN actually phones me back. To date No contact with anyone from the Company. Hello Pater PLEASE help?
I've been trying to get my account updated with the correct payment information for over 1 year. Still NO response and STILL not joy sorting out my paid account. In the meantime VODACOM has cancelled my cell numbers I've had for 25 years without my knowledge, and I cannot get my numbers back, even if they still not in use!!!
I had trouble for 18 months with my account, logged my complaint on hellopeter, the Social media team at African bank called me 20 minutes after my posting and within 24 hours my issue was sorted out Well done to Nick and the team, and thank you!
I have had problems with my account that has been placed on hold for more than 1 year. I have called the customer call center and emailed management to try and establish what the problem/issue is. I went into the branch again last week, the teller told me the account is active and no problem on her side -- however my deposits are not reflecting in my account and I cannot do any transactions. I went into the Blauuberg store to buy a wig after suffering hair loss due to trauma. We travelled from George to do this after seeing your business online. She explained to the young lady that she would like to see wigs with a fringe to hide her hairline. An older lady at a desk shouted across the room at me wanting to know if she had an appointment. She was bemused as she wanted to view and buy. She said no and the lady said she couldn't be helped because there were only two consultants and they were expecting a lady named Wendy. There was no one else in the store! She started an interview asking about the nature of the hair loss making me feel uncomfortable and kept moving into her personal body space. She tried to touch my hair that was wrapped in a scarf saying she needed to check my hair colour without asking if she wanted the same colour as my own natural colour. She also disputed a choice of wig versus something called a topper. At this stage I asked if she could see a selection of wigs with a fringe as that is why we had come there. She was refused and so I left. Quite astonishing that a client can't see what you are selling. And as for the unpleasantness! An email was sent to the Managing Director about my terrible experience, he has chosen no to respond, or even acknowledge receipt of the mail.
I made a booking and BOOKIMGS.com took my payment from my account BUIT did not confirm my booking - sent me an email message there was a problem with my booking and Id get a refund in 7-14 days!@!!! In the meantime they took my money and I have a trio next week I need accommodation to pay for -- THEY HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY -- and very conveniently NO CIONTECT TELEPHONE NUMBER to call them on!!!!!!! This is fraud and THEFT

I have been double billed by Capitec, this is an ongoing SAGA which is causing me huge distress. Im loosing interest on my account and being double billed for my purchases Capitec should check their systems urgently I need a urgent resolution on this matter
11 Mar 2021, 08:19 I posted this message yesterday, still nobody at Capitec has responded to sort this matter out for me: I have yet ANOTHER unauthorized debit gone off my account at 03h30 this morning for R5029,95. Capitec Bank has taken funds from my savings to OFFSET the negative balance - WITOUT AUTHORISATION!!! I have cancelled my lease with Avis due to all these unauthorized billings off my Capitec account and no linger have the car. I'm sick and tired of this, Capitec Please help reverse this unauthorized debit which has again put my account in arrears and again left with no funds. This is unbelievable - I'm seeking legal advise against Avis, so please have the reversals done urgently I need this transaction to be reversed urgently and NEVER happen again - this is radicicolous

I am faced with the same problem again, and feel that Capitec Bank is taking advantage of my funds – withholding interest and restricting movement on my account. There are 6 transactions under the section: TRANSACTIONS NOT YET PROCESSED for which Capitec Bank has “frozen “the funds to cover the transactions HOWEVER on my actual statement the transactions HAVE BEEN PROICESSED and therefore are double billed. I request your URGENT attention to the matter and I expect the reversal of these transactions to be done and back in my account in the next 24 hours.
