Chicken licken Birch acres
Chicken kicked Birch acres ..noway . Got a wrong order ,burned food ,worse the chips are like they have been there for 4 days . I reviewed on Google review and literally found over 4 reviews about same issue. Its like they reuse oil over 100 times. Chicken licken Birch acres I wanted my money

Mould on bread
I am so disappointed, I bought sough sow bread. I bought it 2 times and it had green mould. Literally same day then mould. The bakery is failing. 3 times I got disappointed. I am so angry cz I saw after one bite. Yiu guys are gambling with our health

Appreciation for employee Mbali zondi.a powerhouse
Dstv dud me dirty but I called in and spoke to a lady called Mbali zondi. Girl spoke for 2 hours with me and sorted outban issue for me . She us the best I was so furious and fuming but girl took it in like a boss . Thank you Mbali zondi please give her a promotion or more money and place her in the complaints department. She will do extremely well . She spoke to me with so much gracec

Light at the end tunnel
I had so many difficulties with Richfield for some time and it was frustrating but they really helped me resolve the problem. There was a time I thought the issue won't be resolved but I finally got assistance. A huge shout out to Phindile who literally went through the frustration stages with me .

I WAS TRANSFERRED FROM RICHFIELD TO PC TRAINING WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. FOUR YEARS LATER THE TWK COMPANIES ARE STILL GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND
I was a student at Richfield Graduate Institute of and I paid the institution money for my N+ . When I inquired about my exam date I was told that my records don't exist and I was transferred to PC training without my knowledge and the courtesy to inform me . This was over 3 years back even today I can't get my money back . I have spoken to almost everyone at Richfield and PC training to try get assistance but all I ever go through is them requesting documents from me but no payment. I have all proof of payments and all communications from their staff but still no payment. I spoke to one guy in finance . He told he he emailed Richfield (email sent to info@richfield) and that's all he can do . He doesn't have contact details or anyone he can speak to . I spoke to Richfield they told me the email is none monitored. I spoke to both parties in this institution no help

RICHFIELD TRANSFERRED ME TO PC TRAINING WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. I HAVE SPOKEN TO PEOPLE FROM RICHFIELD AND PC TRAINING ALL ARE JUST GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND FOR FOUR YEARS

Paid fees no services rendered
Apparently I was transferred from Richfield to pc training without my knowledge. All I want is my money . It's been over 3 years in communication between Richfield and pc training but no one wants to give me my money they keep asking for documents that I provided but nothing is happening

Thulis uscso unprofessional:my second review in over a year and still not assisted. I paid for N+ but can't write exam they busy doing the run around asking for proof of payment which I sent but no one bothers to assist me or even better PAY ME BACK MY MONEY cz they know I paid. Secondly the A+ certificate I have is apparently not registered with SETA cz it's now under pc training nit Richfield. People I attended with go to interviews and are called ****mers cz the certificate is not registered with SETA , apparentlythey supposed to go to campus to change it but no one was informed . Tgey only find out after calling . Imagine how does that look with potentialemployer . Was there noway all changes can be communicated???. Like really!!!!!!!!!! I have been sent from pillar to post with my N+ . Sent to campus with my money, used my money to call . Can I just get my refund you guys have my proof of payment.
