Poor customer service We have been a client of courier guy for a long time and haven't had any issues but we are highly unsatisfied with its customer service after THE COURIER GUY damaged our parcel sent to our client and refused to take responsibility for it or to credit our account, it would seem they don't care about losing clients, they want to force you to take out insurance on your parcels delivered to avoid taking responsibility this matter has been referred to its joburg regional manager to no avail, this is after we had to remake ressuply and resend the same damaged parcel to our client at our own expense also through THE COURIER GUY to any consumer when sending good through a courier please make sure you package it in bulletproof packaging to withstand the weight of a fully packed Crate placed on top of your fragile products, yes I was informed that my parcel was damaged by a crate and that's that, this is why big companies lose popularity because its employees do not adhere to the founding principles of its founder 0129415821 Admin@newnumberplates.co.za
