On the evening of November the 26th 2023, an employee of Avari Cars in Menlyn Garsfontein Road Pretoria East Named Mike Mduduzi Khumalo, rammed in the back of my car on the Samrand N1 highway at a very high speed driving a white Audi SQ 5 (company car) that lead to my car becoming a write off on the spot because the rear right wheel came off, and that Mike guy was under the influence of alcohol he then begged me not to get him arrested as the metro cops came to the scene, i then thought it's fine let's talk as his manager (Patrick) was present on the scene, I was then informed that there will be something done such as third party liability cover and then I will get another car and the company will sort it out, I took their word no arrests were made, i organized myself a towing truck to take the remains of my car to my place and 2 days later i felt some pains and went to Carstenhof Hospital in Midrand to consult after x-rays were taken it was discovered that I had broken bones on my left foot i had to under an operation which kept me away from work for 3 months to recover. I started talking to the guys regarding the 3rd party cover and they gave me the run arounds and eventually ignored my calls and till present that is on this day the 7th of May 2025 more than a year i still am waiting and sitting without a car and not even a single phone call from Avari Cars employees.
A few months ago I received irritating and non stop phone calls from a lady that sounds xhosa and the land-line stated it's from the cape, at some point I spoke to her (Lisa) 071 474 2259 and she explained the how the company operates of which it's not the bulls*hit ignorance she is currently giving me after 1 debit order went off, now she is ghosting my texts and phone calls. I wouldn't recommend Credit Rescue to anyone not matter Wat the case maybe. Lisa is a evil, manipulative, ****ming, ****, obviously illiterate and a *****. Sickening how people take advantage of people that are seeking assistance, y'all worship the devil.
I received good service from a consultant by Jermima Khomari, she was very professional and well spoken.
I visited the branch because I wanted to link my account with my new contract cell phone number, I was helped with the number that was issued at the entrance, and after I was told that my number was updated on the system I was on my way out and realised that I needed the money app to be downloaded on my cell phone and the lady at the reception desk was kind enough to do it for me and even helped me with making a reversal on her system at the reception and also showed me that I can now do reversals and other banking services from the comfort of my home.
I went to a Railway furniture store in Pretoria corner Paul Kruger street & nana sita street in the 22 December 2017 to open an account so that i can purchase a double bed base set, I was to by the manager by the name of Jabulani to put down a deposit of R600 rands then my account will be activated and i will be debited the rest of the money on the 15th of every month until I settle the account and delivery was also included in and i clearly stated that i stay in midrand and the manager assured me that it won't be a problem the bed will be delivered at my place, five days later I called the store and i was told to call the delivery department, I did that and the gentle man at the delivery department sounded like he doesn't know what his job is, I then called the store again and spoke to the manager (Jabulani) he then told me that they won't be able to deliver the bed at the location I gave them instead they can take the bed set to tembisa store as it is closer to midrand and i will now have to provide myself with transport to go and fetch the bed set myself and the delivery money that was included on my account will be deducted, I agreed as I was desperately looking for a bed set another week later I called the store in Pretoria and spoke to the incompetent manager (Jabulani) to find out if the bed set has arrived at the nearer store in Tembisa, I was told to keep my phone on and they will call me back as he wants to find out from the manager in Tembisa store they have the bed set, I was lied to that the bed set will be at the Tembisa store in two days, two days later still no bed set, I then decided to drive to the store in Pretoria, when i got there I went and approached the manager (jabulani) he told me to calm down and assured me that i will get the bed set tomorrow as they didn't have it in stock but now it's available and he even promised to organise transport for the bed to be delivered he then used the store land line to speak to the transport guy that is supposed to deliver the bed, I then left the store and the following day as promised I waited and no delivery was made and till this day the 29/01/2018 I am still waiting for the double bed base. I don't know what to do anymore.
