Happy Client! Randow Panel Beaters
It was a bitter moment for me in November 2023, Definitely would recommend Randow Panel beaters, if it wasn't for Dec holidays i would've got my car within 3weeks, their work is spectacular and friendly staff members which are very understanding when it comes to their frustrated clients. They keep you updated with the car progress and i got my car fixed looked so fresh and clean. Thank you RPB

Roof leaking again and again
I am sooooo dissapointed again at cosmo, Last night's rain caused so much damage to many of the houses in Sky City, and i have reported the incident more than 3 times before they sent someone to fix the roof but still the is problem of the leaking roof is getting worst in different spots. The ceiling is still wet as i speak, we didn't sleep last night shifting our furniture bcz of roof leaking. I dont know what to say anymore about cosmo.

Fnb home loan
Good Day FNB, Hope this email finds you well, been trying to call and agencies keep transfering my calls to the department and no one is picking up the phone. I have Joint Bond with my husband and i am the one who is paying the house but our problem is that the Bond also appears in his credit report and if he wants to open an account he cannot because its showing on his report. Can my husband have a letter that states that he is not paying the bond as it appears on his report. This is urgently needed, kindly request any information needed.

ROOF LEAKING/TILES FALLEN/CRACKS ON THE WALL
I am so disgusting with bad service of Cosmopolitan in Sky City, i logged a call on the 6th Jan 2019 as an emergency becuase my Roof was leaking, bathroom tiles has fallen and the cracks(which they fixed in 3 months of retention but within a week cracks came back) outside the house. In Which everyone from SKYCITY X 10 is experiencing the same problems. STILL NO RESPONSE REGARDING THIS MATTER,YOU GUYS ARE MAKING US FOOLS TO DO UPS AND DOWNS WITH YOUR UNPROFESSIONAL HELP, "PAM 0874056706 / 0824191643" WHO WAS HANDLING THIS MATTER IS NOT DOING HER JOB,SHE JUST TOLD US THERE IS NO UPDATE ON THIS AND GAVE US "SHALL's NUMBER 07121269884" WHOM HE JUST BLOCKED ME AFTER HE FIND OUT THAT I WAS ASKING HIM WHERE WILL HE COME TO FIX THE ROOF LEAKING. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE OR SHOULD I TAKE FURTHER ACTIONS REGARDING THIS MATTER? FIX MY HOUSE WITHIN 24 HOURS OR ELSE....

Chowing people's money, Crooks!
These people are crooks, they chow my deposit, i didn't get all of my deposit money been staying there for more than 5years and now they telling me stories why i didn't get all of my money, be careful to those who staying in afhco buildings the day u leave might not get your deposit money. Hi all, I am a 1st time buyer of the house and at the beginning I had some misunderstanding with cosmopolitan before my house was registered but all was sorted. I would like to thank Thabani who is a sales consultant at the show houses in skycity, he is doing a great job, the guy been calling and updating me about my house even after I got the keys. Would also like to thank Francina who is the manager at cosmopolitan for doing a great job and being the nice person. I got my keys which I was not even ready for them and I am a happy client after I saw my house, I see a lot of improvement in the new houses than the old houses and I will definitely recommend cosmopolitan. Keep doing a great job Cosmopolitan, we appreciate you. :-)

Demotivated
After I went through all the reviews here about cosmopolitan, am demotivated and lost interest because am already on the process of the house, never thought of viewing comments before. Already I am experiencing problems regarding to sign with lawyers.
