VERY VERY VERY POOR SERVICE AND NOT CORRECT INFORMATION GIVEN
VERY VERY POOR AND FRUSTRATING SERVICE WHEN PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO PHONE YO
I WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT ABOUT 3 YEARS AGO WHEN I TOOK MY CAR IN TO GET NEW GLOBES FITTED AND TO HAVE THE LIGHTS ADJUSTED I GOT TOLD BY THE GUY AT THE WORKSHOP THAT HE CANT ADJUST THE ONE LIGHT COUSE ITS AN AFTERMARKET LIGHT I FIND THIS VERY DISGUSTING OF DISCOVERY INSURE TO ALLOW THIS KIND OF THING IF THE GUY NEVER ADVISED ME I WOULD NEVER HAD KNOWN SO PEOPLE DONT UNSURE WITH DISCOVERY INSURE THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTH AND VERY VERY DISHONEST
TOOK MY CAR IN ON THE 08/04/24 FOR A REPAIR ON THE FRONT LIGHT HOWEVER I TOOK MY CAR IN LAST WEEK TO GET NEW GLOBES FITTED IN MY CAR AND HAVE MY LIGHTS ADJUSTED THE GUY WHERE I TOOK MY CAR SAID HE CAN NOT ADJUST THE ONE LIGHT AS AN AFTER MARKET LIGHT WAS FITTED NOT AN ORIGINAL LIGHT I FOUND THIS UNACCEPTABLE AND VERY DECEIVING AS THE ASECCOR AND NET ASSESS WAS VERY DECIEVING AND NOW MY OTHER LIGHT IS ALSO CHANGING COLOUR NOW AS ITS NEARLY A YEAR OLD IF I HAD NEVER HAD MY LIGHTS CHECKED I WOULD NEVER HAD KNOWN THE PERSON I AM DEALING WITH AT RENEW IT BEDFORDVIEW IS AN ACCESOR I WANT THIS SORTED OUT ASAP AS THIS WILL BE TAKEN MUCH FUTHER
THEY ARE THREATINING ME WITH THE CREDIT BEURO IF THEY DO NOT STOP I WLL GO AND LAY A CASE ABOUT THEM TO THE POLICE

IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS THAT I HAVE PAID A LADY R2300.00 TO DO MY CARS PAPER AND NATIS DOCUMENTS AND CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP EVERY DAY THERE ARE STORYS AFTER STORYS ABOUT MY PAPERWORK THEY OFF LINE, THEN THEY ARE VERY SLOW THEN THIS THEN THAT SURLEY YOU NEED TO NO THAT THEY WONT ACCEPT AN E MAIL COPY OF CERTIFIED ID IF WORKING IN THE BUSINESS FOR SO LONG THEN THE LADY ORGANISED FOR THE ORIGINAL TO BE COLLECTED BY THE COURIER GUY ONCE THAT WAS DONE I PHONED COURIER GUY AND THE PAPERS WENT VIA LYDENBURG NEXT MORNING THE PAPERS WERE DELIVERED TO HER HOUSE IN BRAKPAN SHE TOLD ME OVER THE WEEKEND I WILL HAVE MY PAPERS ON TUESDAY NOW THE LADY THAT IS DOING IT IS SLOW I WILL GET THEM ON WEDNESDAY ITS JUST STORY AFTER STORY
