These guys were very helpful on the phone - unusual for a budget furnisher. Delivery was done within 3 days despite being on a public holiday - they made a plan because I told them I was quite eager. Lots of communication. Very, very good service indeed.
Subscribed without my permission on MTN to Reycreo at 9pm. MTN were not terribly helpful, since they don't have the power to investigate these scams. Yet clearly their shoddy compliance is what allowed this to happen in the first place. Although they did unsubscribed me., the problem is greater than just me. This kind of detritus subscribe people broadly knowing that old people often DON'T know how to use the technology nor how to unsubscribe themselves. If anyone has experienced the same thing, please rate on Google, on Facebook and make MTN and this scum famous!

I have been waiting 1 1/2 hours for a pizza. The online system says it cannot track my order. I understand sometimes things go wrong, so I am not comlaining about the branch. What I find unacceptable is that if you phone customer care, they cannot take care of the problem at all - they simply refer you back to the branch. What is the damn use of a centralised customer service that cannot actually do anything? Come on, you're a franchise. Take some control over the branches for heaven's sake!

A very good and efficient services that almost always runs smoothly and on time. Yesterday there was a hitch and we were around 20 minutes late. This did, however, get me thinking about how seldom it was that the service is interrupted, how professional they are when it is, and how miles ahead this is of any other such service in South Africa - except perhaps for Cape Town's myCiti which is excellent!
I needed a vault copy of a birth certificate in quite a hurry. This is probably the only place that is still able to offer the service efficiently. I received it in two weeks which was precisely the time Tanya had quoted me for. Excellent service and assistance with filling in the forms etc. I highly recommend using them.
I got this device on Tuesday and realize that it was an enormous mistake. To be clear, the ONLY reason to get one is that it is the cheapest unit capable of playing Netflix on HD. But since Tuesday I have not been able to get onto Netflix despite assurances that it will be sorted out in a matter of hours. So, please buy a Telkom Lit box instead which has, so far as I know, also got the decryption to play Netflix at 1080p, but also allows you to watch Showmax and Amazon video. And don't fall for their hype concerning the other channels. They are terrible (apart from Bloomberg and The Economist) and you are unlikely ever to watch the,. This is possibly the worst decision I've ever made.
Took a trip from Empangeni to Pretoria with Greyhound. There was a transfer at Joburg. The good: comfortable coach and very easy booking process online, with very pleasant and helpful service. The ride was miles ahead of Translux. The bad. 1. The coach was late - over an hour late arriving in Pretoria. The driver was very competent and professional, so my suspicion is either poor planning or the website really needs to update its projected arrival times. They're probably unrealistic. 2. There was an unexpected transfer at Joburg. This should have been communicated much earlier, and the instructions for making the switch should be made a lot clearer. There was no obvious person to ask instructions and none of the staff seemed to know quite what was supposed to be done by the Pretoria passengers. 3. The transfer coach was transporting furniture in the trailer. I don't know whether this is legal. What I do know is that other pasangers were allowed a maximum of 30kg. But there were large pieces of furniture being loaded in the trailer, and this accounted for a half hour delay.
Surprised To be the first to review this delightful place. Great ambience for a shope in a shopping centre. Wonderful coffee, interesting nibbles and exceptional service. When in CT I make sure to visit Cavendish Centre primarily to enjoy a cortado and a pear and almond tart.
