I phoned JJ appliance repairs in Kempton park. Gauteng 0677367991 and I paid them R1200 for a job not yet done. JJ said he needed the money to buy the parts for my Defy Stove. He said he urgently needed the money before 14th January so he could pay for them the next morning. He said he will come at 7am on Friday morning to me. I am still waiting. He said he is on his way but he never came. Then he said he will come early on Saturday 16th January. His phone is off.
Very rude Receptionist. No telephone etiquette. Not only that. My husband passed away from the Coronavirus and had a Store account with Credit Protection insurance. They sent me a very upsetting letter saying that I must send proof of payment a.s.a.p for the outstanding amount. I emailed them and told them that he had insurance. They told me that they would investigate and come back to me. It has been over a month already.
No-one ever comes back to me when I email them. I had to phone them. I asked them on numerous occasions why I had to pay R1000 more a month from last year. The lady I spoke to said my husband was much more expensive because he was not on a medical aid before and therefore there were penalties. My husband has been on my medical aid for a long time and now he has to pay so much. The lady said that we should have sent some sassa forms. I told her her my husband applied but could not get a sassa card therefore no statement can be forwarded to them. She then said okay, if that is the case I will send you a form for him to fill in so that he can be on his own medical aid, even though I pay for it. I am still waiting for the forms. She said unfortunately I still have to pay R1000 more a month until he has been registered. They made the mistake, so I am not going to pay that amount extra. I will pay the difference in this month once he signs the papers. I have seen nothing from them. I am very disappointed and would like someone to get hold of me asap. Hey.. Clicks Medicross Roodepoort. You guys are awesome.. So helpful and friendly and go the extra mile to sort out medical aid problems.
We were with Resolution Health for a long time and never had problems with them.. Then Healthsquared took over and it has been one nightmare after another. My husband had to have a Hernia repair and the auth staff member gave us an authorization number and said everything will be paid for except R5k which we have to pay for the bed.. even thought Krugersdorp Netcare Private hospital is on their PMB list of hospitals that are fully covered. So we pay the money and my husband gets admitted this morning. Then medical aid turns around and tells me 'Sorry they should never have given the auth number as it was never approved as its not on PMB list. So it was an incompetent person not knowing what was going on and it was his fault to give us the Auth number. I want my R5k back and I want full approval as its not my fault. I am disgusted with Medicross Roodepoort Dental Management department. For months and months now I have been emailing them. I have gotten emails back from the CEO saying he has sorted everything out, but still I get calls from the credit bureau wanting money even though I have made arrangements. The CEO promised he would take my file off the credit place but he lied to me. Nothing was done.
After my customer was persuaded to migrate from ADSL to LTE, she was told that the ADSL will stay active while the LTE was being activated. The modem was delivered about 3 weeks after her ADSL had been disconnected the previous day, which they promised her it would not happen . As of today's date the LTE is still not activated 3 weeks later. We phone about 4 times a day and each time we phone they say the system is down. Now she has been offline for 3 weeks. Cannot email , cannot do EFT's. She is 86 years old and cannot drive to the bank to make payments. She cannot even speak to her children overseas. What atrocious service. Lets see if Telkom has the guts to reply to this.
Got a call out of the blue from a gentleman at Vericred saying I owed money and all the charges. He said an account was handed over in 2017 and that I must pay this. How can Vericred only phone me now after 2 years saying it was handed over. I got no emails and no phone calls from them and I am not outstanding with Medicross. I am confused as to what this is all about and why he wasted my time like this. I asked him why only now and he said he could not get hold of me. I said I have had this telephone number ever since Cell phones came into the Country and the same email address.
