Never EVER again
Weelee has *****ed me so many times before and I vowed to never use them again. Today, 27 January 2025, I decided ti give them another shot to see what they can do. Uploaded a vehicle in their website and from this morning until now, 13h10....SILENCE. Nothing from them. Dead quiet. I think I was right about them all along.

Discriminate against disabled children
No branch of Tekkie Town will ever see me or my family again. We went to TekkieTown, Greenacres, Port Elizabeth in search for shoes for our disabled daughter. Obviously, she cannot walk so we pushed her in a trolley. We were greeted with hositily and the staff demanded us to leave the trolley at the entrance. After telling the 1st staff member that our daughter is disabled, a second one came up and demanded us to leave the trolley at the entrance. By this time, I was already fuming and we decided to walk out and not buy from this store. The attitude of this store staff, has now caused that we will NEVER shop at TekkieTown EVER again. Not only did you loose a sale to Kingsmead, you have now also lost a customer.

Non-existing service
I have advertised a vehicle on Cars.co.za, about a month and a half ago. I was informed that Weelee would contact me. Until now, nothing. Zero. This is the last time I would try and sell vehicles on Cars.co.za....via/though them or Weelee. Nonsense service from both of them. They are simply not intrested.

Vodacom not allowing upgrades
For months and months and months, I have been struggling to do the online upgrade. The upgrade tab remains faded. One time, I was able to click on it and when getting to the check-out, that button was faded. What is going on???? I have tried getting assistance, to no avail. This upgrade has been due since March 2024. We are in middle November !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Be aware of IMPAQ apparent discount
I have been trying for 2 days to communicate with Impaq, via email & the online chat. I keep telling them, I am in a meeting, so we must communicate via email/online chat. For 2 days, no one is available on the online platform to assist and emailed are returned as undelivered, as their mailboxes are full. They have increased their quotation to me, without explanation. I have paid the deposit which was due by 30 September, in order to qualify for the discount. The payments do show on their statement, but for some unknown reason, they have reversed the discount and provided me with a higher quote. Yes, they have tried to call me, BUT..... I cannot take calls and asked them on multiple occasions, to email me or use the online platform. I have also warned them in advance, that I will now report them on Hellopeter, which also seemed to have zero effect.

Silence. Absolute silence from them. They do communicate or give and form of feedback. After several attempts to get hold of them, even searching the web for alternative numbers, it was all in vain. If they dont want to talk to you, they will simply ignore you

Cars.co.za MISSING IN ACTION
Tried to advertise my vehicle on their platform. I constantly reduced the desired price as I believed that the vehicle was actively advertised. To my amazement, I learnt that they never uploaded the vehicle. You can try to call or email them, they simply ignore you. Total waste of my time

I HAVE CANCELLED MY DSTV AS FROM 1 JULY 2023...YES LAST YEAR 2023. STOP TRYING TO MILK MONEY OUT OUF ME, I HAVE CANCELLED. I DONT HAVE DSTV ANYMORE...SINCE LAST YEAR JULY. You are starting to annoy me. After receiving your annoying sms`s, I responded via email, to ask you what this is about. But you clearly seem to be having a low IQ, as you dont even know how to reply to an email. So I will block all your numbers and email addresses, should you even try to contact me. I gave you the opportunity, twice now, to respond to my email with information. If, for whatever reason, you contact me again, I WILL press charges against you for HARASSMENT
