Debit on wrong date and was told firts 3 months not playing. Now im playing. Very very bad service
Bad service was told 3 months wil be free. And the debit order wil gô off on the 2nd of each month. Now the take money as they whant.
Went for a upgrade at the mtn in West gate mall across dischem. I cant upgrade becoz im faling my Credit check the lady SAID she Will Phone me on the monday still watting. I have been a custemer for 12 years now and wil be canceling my contrack with mtn
My wife have a contrac with telkom the acount is only due end of january and its a new contact so telkom sespende the line for money thats due end of january
My wife paid up her telkom land line and whant a settlement letter to give to the bank. She called telkom to get one and then she is told 5 working days then she will have it because we whant to buy a house and she is trying to get one from last year October and notting yet please help

My suster het 'n kontrak by mtn waterfall mal gekry het kontrak geteken vir R360 'n maand toe die eerste bedrag af gaan toe is dit R820 gan na vraag doen toe se hulle hulle het dit verkeerd gelaai en ons moet die geld betaal anders word die kontrak gestop tot ons betaal. 'n call gelok en hulle het 'n ref nr gegee en gesê dit kan tot 'n paar maande vat. Vandag gebel om op te volg want die kontrak is af gesit en het die reg nr gegee toe word da gesê die ref nr bestaan nie
