Trends Pretoria west. I went to their shop to buy something, but when I asked to use their restroom, they said I had to pay R2.00. It’s disappointing because I was already a paying customer — the only reason I was there was to buy from them.
I phone rcs store card to request the settlement amount which was emailed to me. I paid the settlement in full and requested the closure of the account. Now am told that I have a credit and they cannot close while am having credit and they are the one who sent me settlement amount. It seems as if they don't want to close the account. This is bad service am receiving from RCS. Now am told to apply for refund which will take plus 30 days.

I was phoned by Telkom constant to sell router contract on the 12 February 2018 and I was informed that it will be delivered within 4 working days. I received the sms informing me that it was approved on the same day. To my surprise I have not received the router till to date.
