I bought chicken from pick n pay Centurion mall. When I got to the tills the cashier told me that yhe chicken is being sold at half price. On my way home I could smell a strong stench coming from my boot. I wanted to cook it and when I opened it the chicken was slimy and rotten. Absolutely disgusting how you guys can sell rotten meat to customers. When I returned it, it was as if they knew exactly what they had sold. They told me that the meat was supposed to be sold to the staff - is this how you treat your staff? Sell them rotten meat. I am appauled and will never set foot in that store again. She's!
Friendly and they care about their clients
I received a call from Olwethu about outstanding payments on my virgin active account. A membership I cancelled last year when I owed R600. They continued with the deductions after they said they would stop and tgis Olwethu person was rude. I gave him a chance to speak and he wouldn't let me get a word in. Eventually he stopped talking and as I tried to say something he interrupted me and told me he was not finished. As if I'm his child or owe him personally. He's arrogant, has no manners and is down right disrespectful.
Stay clear of this rude person. I enquired about having a debt review enquiry removed from my name and this Trishan Govender person starts sending me WhatsApp messages and voice notes... When I asked why he's doing business via WhatsApp he tol me to get with tge 21st century. With my data. Wow!
1 star is being generous. Their Internet is ****, their service is ****iee, their turn around time is tge ****iest. I cancelled their so called Internet that hardly connecting on the 3rd of June via email - got no response. I then used my data to send them another mail on the 6th of June, they replied on the 7th asking me why I wanted to cancel. They only cancelled their 5G router on tge 10th an debited me a pro-rata. I then called to ask them on the 1st of July why they has debited me, they said they would reply within 7DAYS...Really? 8 days later I got an email, "your request has been escalated and a consultant will be in touch". To date (10th of July) I have not received a phone call and my money has not been refunded. I don't understand why they are exploiting people and charging for a service that they are not providing. They have no empathy and they are all about taking. I will never do business with these people as they don't care about giving people great service
I took my car in to a Supercare car wash which is based in our premises at work. Naturally, I trusted the carwash to my surprise my car was damaged during the time I had left it there. I went to let them know but they gave me the worst response ever; analyzing the entire body of the car as if they were purchasing it and I was only concerned about one part of the car. If you know that your employer uses this company DO NOT TRUST THEM. They will try by all means to make you look like a criminal. I'm disgusted by the way they handled the issue and I will urge you to spare yourself heartache and not use them.
