An employee of Supercare ran me off the road on my motorcycle injuring me and damaging my vehicle. The driver admitted it was his fault since he was busy looking at his GPS and entered traffic without looking. I have tried to engage with the regional managed however there has been no progress and I am being ignored.

We recently traveled via International flight from OR Thambo, while visiting the ladies bathroom I was asked for money when leaving the bathroom by the cleaner. On arrival back at International the same story, I was not asked but the tourist in front of me was asked for a donation in her currency. Are the cleaners not getting a fixed salary that they have to ask for a donation or payment? It's very unprofessional as Not in any other airport we visited we were asked to pay the cleaner!!! It reflects again bad on our country :(

My phone was ****** by a suoercare cleaner at Clearwater mall. The security footage confirms we saw them leave the bathroom after us. The security is protecting them. Yet they are doing ***** with my Gmail account and my cell phone number sending OTPs.

On the morning of Saturday the 7th December one of your vehicles driven by one of your employees managed to reverse into my vehicle at Fourways Mall. My vehicle, although in the incorrect lane was stationary at the time of impact. My vehicle is equipped with rear sensors and a camera, hence why although my vehicle was in reverse, it was stationary. Your machine struck the rear right of my vehicle, damaging the bumper, fender and light. Your machine had visible damage on the LEFT HAND SIDE. I did not see any damage in the front. However due to poor visibility this may have been missed Your vehicle was reversing – during the impact, your vehicle KEPT MOVING. The Mirror had struck my vehicle, and appeared to have lifted with a panel on the machine whilst he kept swinging and scratching my vehicle. Your tone in your emails does not appear to be helpful nor willing to assist. I have 2 witnesses in my vehicle, whilst the only witness from outside was your operator. I can appreciate the Fact that you need to get statements and prove the events, however this must be done with haste as to not inconvenience myself who is now sitting with a damaged vehicle due to your operators negligence. NOW - you tell me that due to the security gaurds statement, WHO DID NOT WITNESS THE INCIDENT and the statement of your operator, the two of which are clearly in cahoots with each other, you tell me you are not liable for the damage???? I cannot believe a company of your size are willing to do this. YOUR OWN NEGLIGENCE - has caused R20000 damages to my brand new vehicle and you think you can simply say 'not my fault'?

I was working for the company close to 3 years it was under a big company called Hernic Ferrochrome. The company i was working for claimed that i was dishonest about my overtimes in which i wasn't because we have a clocking system that we use. So after i was accused of being dishonest i went straight to time office to ask for the print out of my days at work to show them that there's no level dishonest in me but the company went of about me being dishonest then they accused me of fraud.. I took them to CCMA because i know that i didn't do anything wrong, the sad part is I've just came from an interview for a permanent post and i had passed it but because the company i was working for my name was Tarnished.

I took my car in to a Supercare car wash which is based in our premises at work. Naturally, I trusted the carwash to my surprise my car was damaged during the time I had left it there. I went to let them know but they gave me the worst response ever; analyzing the entire body of the car as if they were purchasing it and I was only concerned about one part of the car. If you know that your employer uses this company DO NOT TRUST THEM. They will try by all means to make you look like a criminal. I'm disgusted by the way they handled the issue and I will urge you to spare yourself heartache and not use them.

<p>I have been trying to get through to Supercare and they gace me a number of Allison who is the relevant person to assist. When i call her for assistance she was rude over the phone asking me how i got her number and why am i calling her. Is she the owner of Supercare or does she work for the company? She is unprofessional and has bad behaviour. The call was regarding one of their products and she just pushed me away telling me to call her back because she is busy.</p>

<p>Im still waiting on my pay out..its been a full 8 weeks already..they just keep on saying in the next week.. That's what they said two weeks ago also.. Apperantly the money came from sars already...I keep on sending emails..then they tell me hopefully in the next week..Why do a person havr to struggle to get their own money</p>
