It's been 3 weeks of waiting for someone to call me. For something so simple. Stop debit orders and I will make Efts. I can't close my account because you keep debiting me when I made a payment arrangement. It can't be in place if you keep debiting me. I'm tired FNB must I die?
The only time I get service is when I get to this platform. I have since reported the ***** case. I have never received any feedback. Please just close this account. I am tired.
I lost my card last year and blocked it on the same day. There are transactions happening with that card on tollgates. And apparently this happens with FNB. I've contacted the call center, no help. The lady I spoke to using the branch phone, hung up on me after putting me on hold. Not to mention that I'd been holding for 25 minutes for someone to greet me, put me on hold then hang up on me. Another thing I don't have an overdraft but y account is sitting on a minus, how? I actually want the entire account closed. I'm not happy.
I booked a flight on the 13th of Jan and made an EFT on the same day. The money left my account. When we had to check in we were told the payment wasn't made. So we paid again at check-in. I called the customer care today and they said the payment reflected on the 24th and today is only the 23rd. She said she will process the refund, kept me on hold, line dropped and never called back. I called again and the consultant was impatient and also kept me on hold for over 15 minutes.
My phone has been ****** at the mall. Security footage shows the cleaner entering the room after me. They are protecting them. They do not want to provide us with feedback. This is not petty theft my gmail account has been accessed and my number is in use.
My phone was ****** by a suoercare cleaner at Clearwater mall. The security footage confirms we saw them leave the bathroom after us. The security is protecting them. Yet they are doing ***** with my Gmail account and my cell phone number sending OTPs.
I've literally had such a terrible time having my account closed. I've settled the account but FNB send me through so many departments. But it was so easy for them to get me to settle. Now I've pa6and the account is dormant. Ive received a deposit and they took that amount when the was supposed to be closed over two months ago.
I lodged a complaint about being billed for two Sim cards after I had upgraded. And requested my refund. They just told me the other Sim will be canceled. They are forgetting the part of refunding me. And now the payments are no longer manual they actually debit the account and no agreement was put in place for that. I'm actually upset.
