Ordered online. Size did not fit. They have put the obligation on the consumer to return to their office in Durban in order to get a refund! This is a ridiculous expectation and I will never use them again. This is obviously a business that is not moving with the times.
My phone was insured. I made a claim and it was approved with an additional "betterment" cost. I queried this as I was to receive the same phone that I had, and therefore "betterment" does not apply, only the excess. Despite escalating the query twice, I have received no response. I asked for my insurance contract, and the call centre agents promise to send it but never do. In fact, they promise to call back but never do. The service has been absolutely shocking.

I placed an order on 11 December 2019. Despite following up on my order, Fruugo has a stock standard response to acknowledge receipt but never actually resolve matters. This is the second time I have attempted to order something through them unsuccessfully. My latest order has not arrived over six weeks later, and there is no way to engage Fruugo as they never respond (a real person actually addressing the concern!). Very poor service.
My vehicle is on a motor plan. I took it in to a dealer to fix another problem and they raised that my brake pads need to be replaced. They then informed me that Mercedes Benz is refusing to pay for the brake pads due to 'excessive use' as the break pads lasted for less than 18 000km. I have asked for the contract or motor plan that specifies this limitation. They have failed to provide this. There is no such clause in the contract provided to me when I purchased the vehicle. They have also failed to respond to my many messages and emails. Very poor service.
Ordered on 21 January, and their policy says delivery between 7-21 days. Received an email saying delivery will be between 19-23 February (strangely titled "good news" when it is not!). Complained and received a curt email back, without explanation. Followed up yesterday to enquire about exact date of delivery. They respond that delivery is moved to late March! I enquire what the delay is and they blame the courier. I ask for their number, and told it is their courier so it is their fault. Still no explanation. This is a standard order of standard items - nothing special. Very poor service!
