My service with axxess promises 100Mb/s download, but every time I do a speed test, the download speed is less than 10Mb/s. I have complained to axxess on several occasions, but nothing is ever done to rectify the slow download. Avoid this company. They are all promises and no delivery.
SCAM SITE. Ordered and paid for a UPS from this site on 06/10/2022. Since then, have received no communication or delivery. Emails are not answered, phone calls are not answered. I see there are many others that have also been defrauded by this fake site. Will be laying a criminal charge tomorrow (19/10/2022)
On Saturday 06/03/2021 I sent a ticket to axxess support complaining about poor performance on my fixed LTE. Ping was high (up to 495ms) and slow download (5Mbps) (They advertise up to 150Mbps on their website). Screenshots of the speed tests are available. By Sunday, no action was taken by axxess to resolve the problem. On Sunday another ticket was created complaining about the same high ping and slow download. By Monday, no action was taken by axxess to resolve the problem. On Monday another ticket was created complaining about the same high ping and slow download. By late Monday night, no action was taken by axxess to resolve the problem. Ping statistics for 172.217.170.67: Packets: Sent = 15, Received = 14, Lost = 1 (6% loss), Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds: Minimum = 314ms, Maximum = 469ms, Average = 374ms Axxess is taking my money and not giving me what I paid for. Nor are they at all interested in resolving any customer issues with their pathetic support. Any potential customers need to be aware of this lack of delivery and support before they sign up.
A business in the USA shipped a package to me via Fedex Express on 09/07/2020. Waybill 190873574107 The package had not been received by 20/07/2020, so I sent an email requesting the reason for non delivery. Fedex responded by requesting ID number or importers code for customs clearance. I supplied this information to them via email. Keamogetswe Mphahlele | Customer Care Representative, Africa | FedEx Express, acknowledged receipt of the importers code 4 days later. It is now 13/08/2020, the tracking site still says I need to supply my importers code, and I am still awaiting delivery of this package. Fedex express - 34 days and counting. Pathetic service All documentation is available, if only I could upload it here.
If you browse the PicknPay reviews, you will notice that in general, PicknPay will give you a standard copy of a worthless four line statement if you give them a 5 star rating. If you have a complaint or give them less than 4 stars, they will not bother to reply. My complaint: Takealot can deliver an online order in 2 days. Why does PicknPay take 2 weeks to deliver an online order??
Be warned - when you buy a Sinotec tablet you get built-in malware and spyware. No amount of resetting or updating OS or replacing OS will get rid of it. Anti-virus, anti malware or anti-spyware apps will not get rid of it. I am so p'ed off with this irritation that I will soon be using a 4-pound hammer to fix my rubbish Sinotec permanently.
Please consider replacing you cheap cardboard six-pack packaging with more secure plastic shrink wrap. I am sick of broken trashy cardboard packaging that spills bottles whenever I try to pick it up. Also, if you deliberately do not accept complaints on your contact page, you will get them here.
Vodacom is still stealing my airtime. I have to continually unsubscribe from VodacomLive services which did not subscribe to. Vodacoms response is to send an email which says somebody from the mythical 'Vodacom Consumer Website Team' will contact you. It appears this worthless automated response is sent to any review which contains the word 'Vodacom'. The reality is that nobody from Vodacom will ever contact you, nor will vodacom stop subscribing you to their rubbish VLive services.
Contrary to their promise to contact me, all I have received from Vodacom is a stony silence. Meanwhile they continue to subscribe me to unwanted and unheard of services, stealing my airtime.
Vodacom keeps subscribing me to Vodacom Live! subscriptions without my consent. I have never subscribed to any Vodacom subscription service. I have never received any double opt-in emails or sms to confirm a subscription. Yesterday I found I was subscribed to no less than 5 of these services (not one opt-in was received). I went through the motions and cancelled all 5. This morning I find I have been subscribed to another 2 Again I went through the motions and cancelled both. Within 30 minutes I had been subscribed to another 2. Once more I went through the motions and cancelled both. This is ridiculous. Vodacom is shamelessly stealing my money without my consent. VODACOM PLEASE STOP YOUR ILLEGAL SUBSCRIPTIONS!!!!!!
