Delivery time
Delivery is not what they say. Everytime I asked for a delivery status there is an excuse!!! Easy to take your money but the delivery is bad. Will not recommend them

Allison from fairybags South Africa is a big ****mer. I paid my order on the 20th September and week after week she promised to deliver. She even told me her dad died. This is so sad because I will definitely go to a shop and leave the online shopping. Sad how people ***** without blinking their eyes. She doesn't even deserved one star!!!!!!!

ADH insurance company from Samsung refuses invoice for repairs
I purchased a Samsung S7 on a telkom contract on 13 March 2017. I damaged my screen, Samsung has a 1 year policy on their screen repairs, one screen repair per customer if it is still within 12 months of purchase. I went to The Grove Telkom several times for them to print my proof of purchase which I needed to give to Samsung for the repairs. I do have my original invoice, contract and cellphone box but the till slip with the cerial number faded. Telkom apparently can’t find my original copy of purchase and refuses to help me any further. Although they did supply me with two printouts providing the serial number and ADH insurance from Samsung still refuses it. On Saturday 17th February the Samsung consultant made copies of all the printouts and took photos of original box and serial number on the back of the phone. I have until 13th of March 2018 to get my phone in at sumaung before my 1year warranty expires. Is there someone that can assist me with this problem? Everyone says NO to fast wothout even trying!!
