Excellent service
I am a Real Estate agent and often have to deal with numerous managing agents. I had the pleasure of dealing with Natasha Idle and she was very helpful and resolved my issue extremely quickly. Thank you so much

Never, ever use this company. Absolute ****mers and ****s. Ordered garden fencing from this company in March 2023. Had to pay a 50% deposit and from that point onwards they had excuse after excuse after excuse. Kept saying that the fencing was in production, then it was going to be delivered, then price changed as they said installation wasn't included, although I was initially told it was in the first quote. Ever day was a different excuse. I then told them I wanted my deposit back, they then **** and said they were delivering next day. Needless to say fencing has never been delivered and still can't get my deposit paid back. Shocking service and complete ****s

Shocking service from Uber
I had a Uber ride on 23/02/2023 and stupidly l left my laptop in the car. I have contact the help center over and over again. They are not helping me to contact the driver myself as they will do it and I must wait 24 hours. In the mean time my laptop could be stolen. What shocking service from Uber

Shocking service and even worse product
The worst company to deal with regarding service and product. My Kwikot geyser burst, still under warranty with a couple of years still to go. During this time I had nothing but issues with the geyser. My geyser burst on 1 January 2023 and unfortunately I had to have another Kwikot geyser installed. This geyser was faulty and Kwikot has refused to sort out my problem. They have excuse after excuse and are pathetic. In an email to them I mentioned the numerous complaints on Hello Peter and how they never bothered to respond. And of course they chose to overlook my comment

Friendly staff
I had the pleasure of walking into Exact at Lakeside Mall yesterday afternoon. Every staff member greeted me and asked how I was doing. In today's South Africa, where customer service and the friendliness of staff is generally sorely lacking, to experience this is a shock to your system. It actually stands out, where it should be the norm. A lovely lady by the name of Rose, who I gather is in management or should be, is a glowing example of how all retailers should operate. Her warmth and friendliness to ALL customers is genuine and goes beyond what one expects and her staff follow her. Well done to ALL the staff of Exact store in Lakeside Mall, you give one hope of what could be achieved in this country.
