They don't even deserve 1 star. Ordered from Shein last month order was in the country from 02/07/25 where they apparently sent me an email and not a WhatsApp as I stipulated. Received a message on the 17th to say I must pay customs with I immediately did. Still haven't received my parcel and the customer service department is even worse first told me I'm lying then drop the call in my ear twice and the 3rd time when I ask the ladies name and she drop the call also
Im a regular customer at Spar parow valley and the staff knows me well. I bought c***** sliced cheese on Sunday afternoon before 5 and through the slip away not knowing that the cheese will be off even if the expiry date is in August. Went to the store and Monday and informed a manager who on return told me that I must bring the cheese back Tuesday as it is almost closing time. Yesterday I got to the store where I was told the manager I spoke to are off and I must come back when she is back. How pathetic is that. I told the cashier to throw it in the bin as I'm not going home with rotten cheese again
Just went to a Absa ATM with a sassa card and draw money, for the atm to say I don't have money after I checked the balance. Went to the bank and was told that I need to long a call with sassa as they can do nothing about it. So how many people will be conned out of they money while Absa claims that they can do nothing
I was pre approved for a mtn contract via Mondo but was advised that im still on they old system and that i need to contact mtn to remove me from it and placed on they new system. Finally managed to speak to someone today and was literally transferred to 3 people who apparently couldn't assist me and was told ill be transferred to the right department where i just have to ask to speak to Jody i was holding for 25 min and no one picked up. Is that the customer service they giving to us. Very bad and im disappointed to my core
My sim messed up on sunday logged a call and received confirmation that they received my request for a new sim. When i phoned Tuesday trying to find out of ram collected my sim yet ram informed me they havent received instruction from rain and transferred my call to rain the lady on the other end looked through the system but couldn't find my request and gave me an excuse that they busy uprading they system and it could be that my request got lost and i will have to wait longer for my sim. Completely and utterly unacceptable. They promised to phone me back todat but nothing yet.
Bad service. Waited to hours for pizzas to be delivered. When delivered it was cold. Phoned Belhar branch. Was promised warm ones. Yet almost another hour past and nothing still. Pathetic pathetic service. Just lost a loyal customer
