I experienced a pricing error at Woolworths Sonieke, but unlike Tygervalley Woolworths—where a similar mistake led to a free item—Fabian and Kaylee only refunded the difference. Their approach felt more like any other stores than the premium service Woolworths promises. This inconsistency is unacceptable, and disciplinary action should be taken against these managers for damaging the Woolworths brand and failing to uphold its service standards. And this is a common practice by this particular store.
Avoid going to N1 city (Cape Town) National Renal Care at all costs. Nurses are not properly trained. They don't know how to do a catheter lock, instead, they FLUSH patients with Citraloc or Heparin, which should never happen, and when the patient has an adverse reaction they laugh instead of helping, yes, they laugh. If you complain about them to the management, these nurses will just victimize you. And just to mention: management doesn't care much either.
Capitec is not paying out lottery winnings, happened to me and to my husband. When you contact them, they saying go deal with the National Lottery office. Sorry Capitec, but I think you should answer for this, not only you promoting this service on your app but you also taking charges when lottery ticket is purchased. And evidently we are not the only ones that are getting ****med by your app. So please pay the money and then you deal with the National Lottery yourself where and what must be fixed with your app.
I don't know if Impaq is finally trying to improve their Call Center or maybe I was just the lucky one. But I have to comment. I was contacted today regarding my inquiry by a consultant Gontse. Gontse was very helpful, professional, polite and definitely knows his product. Thank you very much!
CellC disconnected my fiber last year (2021) even though my account was paid and proof of all payments was sent to them. Now they referred me to debt collectors, claiming that I owe them money. Be careful when getting into contractual agreements with this company. They don't know how to manage billing process and they will sure mess up everything. It seems like CellC is only employing pre-schoolers, that is why they are such a mess!
I've posted a thank you note for Bonitas, but how wrong of me! I retract my appreciation letter completely! In March this year Bonitas made HUGE mistake with my medical plan (read my previous complaints). With going back and forth, back and forth with phone calls and emails, they reassured me with proof of payments emailed to me, that all the service providers have been paid. Today 10th May 2022, Path Care is calling me for payment, Nephrologist is calling me for payment and NRC is also calling me for payment. No one has been paid!!! So as I said, Bonitas representative, Ella Letlole to be specific, was in communication with me, sent me the proof of all payments, after that the payments were reversed. What a MESS!! For goodness sake, Bonitas please get your house in order and please clean up your mess!!!! On top of this disaster that you have created I still have to run after you over and over, again and again to still see if anyone, by any chance, will be available to help. How messed up is this! Right now it looks as if Bonitas aim is to drive their clients into such a mental state where one is just on the brink of being finished, as in DEAD! Bonitas resolved all the errors that occurred on their side with my medical plan. I've posted few complaints here but they were communicating and updating me on the progress all the time. Read this carefully before you join Lе galwise. This is my second complaint here. We are dealing with legal issue since last year and it's going nowhere. Legalwise is not interested in covering legal costs as it should. They will be taking your monthly payments diligently, but when it comes to sorting out legal matters, you will never hear from them and they will come up with all possible delays/excuses not to cover legal representative costs. After all, it's the purpose of this company, to have a legal cover for their members if need be. Yes, when you read their website or brochures or ads, they promise a lot, how they will help and will provide lawyers and blah blah blah. But in reality, all they do is toss you from consultant to consultant, will delay on your matter for as long as possible with the purpose of not using the funds as per membership. In fact, they are not even replying to our emails anymore, that's how they operate.
So Bonitas made a HUGE error on PMB care plan and they admitted that the fault was on their side. The representative called me several times to confirm that all the bills that I will incure due to their negligence will be covered by Bonitas. Now to discover that Bonitas lied, and is not willing to pay their incompetencey. The statement received shows that clearly. So I think its time to take the care plan and look at a wider media source. It also means that I need to take this matter more to a legal platform.
I received letter ref, Bon988NMR/224/800573/26 from bonitas Medical aid. This was my approval that my care plan is active from Jan 2022 to 31 Dec 2022 under the PMB care plan. I called in while I was still receiving treatment from tigerberg hospital about the plan being activated for treatment from one of the network service providers. After going from one to another person I was assured that the treatment and all that I need, including medicines will be available under the plan. I proceeded to exit the state hospital based on the written confirmation and telephonic. The doctor used the letter I provided to proceed with setting up my medication needed to continue with the treatment I'm in treatment at the NRC Cape Town N1 city. I received a notice that my application for the medication has been declined because of waiting periods. Why are you playing around with my situation. You sent a letter to say I have an active care plan. I will have to also take this up with the authorities. This is highly inappropriate behavior of a business.
