Hard-working staff at Panorama are very patient and professional
Always trying their best, often under very trying circumstances. Excellent orthopedic doctor. Very patient reception. Just to ask perhaps to lower the interaction with Grassypark (they are full).

Robbery at Nedbank
On Saturday just before 12 I was at the ATM outside the Montague Gardens branch. A strange screen came up and, instead of my pin, it asked for my account number. I could see that it was a false screen put there by criminals. I tried cancelling, but my card was retained. I went to the door to enter the branch, but they said they closed early and refused assistance. At that moment, Saturday just before 12, R2,000 was skimmed and stolen out of my account. I could see that it was highly suspicious that the manager did not want to speak with me. They pressed a phone number against the window. Now I have been robbed by criminals operating at Nedbank branch Montague Gardens ATM, lost R2,000, and been fobbed off by branch management, even after multiple follow ups.

Thieves operating at Samsung Recovery Team
Early in 2017 their service provider Unitronics stole my special 12.2 inch tablet that I bought in Israel. Then Unitronics disappeared and Samsung promised to replace it. Now their records show it was replaced, but that is a lie because I never received anything. I send them an affadavit. Clearly someone at Samsung recovery teaam stole it. Still waiting for them to provide a remedy.

Racism at American Express
Muslim women wearing burkha at American Express canal walk refused to exchange some brand new Israeli shekels because she said they were torn (brand new notes, a tiny dent the size of a nail's breadth). When complained, she held it up and pulled on it. Next day i went back, someone else was working, i said nothing about the previous day, and asked to exchange it. No problems, it was done in 2 minutes. Disgusting, probably racist actions.
