I purchased a vehicle from Moffett On Main Pre-Owned in July and received the car 15 July 2025, on 16 July 2025 I informed the sales person of a rattle in the driver door, rear tyres are basically done and the tailgate door unlatch while driving. The sales person informed me that I must take into account the year model and millage, it was a 2018 year model and only about 101 000km on the clock and that I must close the tailgate door correctly as this could happen if I do not close properly. Please bare in mind that the dashboard does not indicate the door is open when starting the car to drive to town, while driving the dashboard signals that the door is now open. They could not deliver the vehicle quick enough after I mentioned the issues they only had excuses of how they do not have drivers to collect the vehicle. We had to drive to PE and drop off the car at MOM Pre-Owned. The sales person in formed met that they can't find anything wrong with the tailgate door and can't find anything wrong with the driver door rattle and that the tyres was fine when they put the car through roadworthy. I asked them to open the driver door to check everything on the inside (the was a loose component) and I asked them to replace the lock mechanism as there might be issues with the lock or latch mechanism. They said they have made adjustments and I should test this first as this did not happen when the drove the car. I had to go back to town to collect the car, 2 days later the unlatched again and I told my father about this and he had a look and the mechanism was dirty and cause the issue. If they only put the time and effort into my concerns they put into selling cars they could have sorted this out. They did not car that I was a lady in a car and the tailgate door unlatches and I have to stop next to the road to open and close the door in the world we live in today. While my father was attending to the lock mechanism on 8 September 2025, he saw that the tailgate door was cracked on the edge of the door close the the handle. I reported this to the sales person and yet again the sales person only had excuses. I told them I can't not have a car and they must issue one for me while the tailgate door is being fixed, this happened 3 times and still the tailgate door has a crack. The las time I got my car back on the 7 November 2025 the door was still cracked. Now they have decided to ignore me and not respond to my messages, so may things happened this is probably not even everything. This is not a dealership I will recommend to anyone or ever make use of again.
I bought a car about a year ago, after collecting the car I realized a few problems with the car. I contacted Autologic with a list of mechanical, electrical, cosmetic and licence problems. I live in approximately 45km and work approximately 70km from Port Elizabeth making taking the car to them a little difficult. I had to take the car to Autologic and had to make other arrangement to work. After collecting the car I realized not all electrical problems has been corrected. I contacted Autologic and they instructed that I have to bring the car back in, after it was fault on their side that not all electrical problems has been corrected. The problem has still not being corrected after I brought that under their attention again. Later I realized that the licence was 6 months behind, when querying about the licence they informed me that I said I would collect it that is was an error on my side. After sending them correspondence that the car was in their possession when I queried the licence that needed to be reviewed. They then informed me that the licence will be at the office when I am ready to collect, I informed them that this will not be possible and that they must make arrangements to get the licence to my place of residence. This was the one nice thing they have done after telling me that it was my responsibility. The mechanical has either not been fixed at all or not fixed correctly. After 8 000km the mechanical problem is back. I had the car for 1 1/2 months and the car started to idle harder than usual. I then took the care too a exhaust repair shop who quoted me R3850.00 to replace the exhaust box the other shop quoted me R4500.00. The guy at the repair shop informed me that the hole in the exhaust box was almost the size of a small side plate. When requesting to speak to the owner of Autologic, my request is being ignored. Whilst writing this review I Googled Autologic and not to my surprise there was similar not so good reviews.
Good day, I order a Xbox One S cooling stand from Pc Link Computer. I placed the order on the 7th Feb, the order states that the shipping etc. will take an estimate of 10-20 working days. On the 16th l emailed their support email provided on their site regarding the status of the order not changing and remaining the same from order date (07/02) to the date I sent the email (16/02). After I asked to cancel my order on the 26/02 seeing I am not receiving a response or service. Someone from Pc Link Computers finally responded to my email only on the 26/02 informing me the ETA of the parcel would be the second week in March and that if I cancel my order I will be charged with the shipping fee and handling fee. On the 13/02 I sent an email again asking if the stock has arrived as it is the second week in March as that someone from Pc Link Computers told me. The person from from Pc Link Computers only responded to my email 15/01 informing me that they have not yet received stock and will inform me when it does. On the 30/02 I asked the someone from Pc Link Computers to update me regarding the status my order, the person replied on the 31/03 with the exact (like a generic answer, to the last word the email was exactly the same) email of the 15/03 was sent to me. I informed him that I do not appreciate the generic email on the 31/02, he replied on the 01/04 that he will follow up and inform me. On the 08/04 asked him if he has an answer for me and he yet again sent a generic reply on the 08/08, the email that he sent was the exact email that he sent to me on the 01/04. From the 07/02 to 13/04 it has been 43 working days, today being the 44nd working day that I have not received my order worth R1 144.00. I have not had their full co-operation helping me and their order terms and conditions has not been met regarding estimate delivery time or any change thereof has not been communicated to me. Their communication s****s is the worst ever, they never phone back or send confirmation emails but they claim that they did. Without knowing I went to get other insurance because they never confirmed that I have insurance with them, now I am being held reliable for a admin fee (which they can't even tell me what it is for) even though I was not even with them for 48hours. They have no structure in their call center, you have to speak to several people to assist you with one problem. I would not recommend them to anyone!
