SHAME ON YOU MR DELIVERY!! YOU HAVE LOST ANOTHER CUSTOMER
My food was never delivered! Still waiting an hour later after I have phoned the help desk, for someone to call me back! Also no refund? And on top of that, they are only willing to refund ME THE VALUE of the order, not the tip or delivery fee! Pathetic! I have been ordering from Mr Delivery on a regular basis, after tonight, NO MORE!

I ordered and paid for an Android TV Box on Monday 29 May 2023. Only after I paid I went and looked at the reviews, my heart sank into my shoes....I thought I was ****med, paid for something I will never receive or a refund. I tried to reverse the payment, without luck. To my surprise, my parcel was delivered today on the 1st of June. I am relieved!!! Thank you LaniEnterprise for the quick delivery!!

VODACOM FIBRE
If I could give a minus 0, I would!!!!! Vodacom fibre is useless!!!! Incompetent people working in customer support!!! It is beyond ridiculous!!!! I had nothing but endless problems with them since September, and to put the cherry on top, they have cancelled my fibre by mistake!!!! Now I am battling to get them to activate it again. But they are quick to take your money!! Worst service provider EVER!!!!

SANTAM BAD SERVICE
This is the first time that I have received such bad service from Santam. I had an accident on the 25th of July. My claim is still not authorized, apparently a gentleman with the name Lesego is handling my claim, it was handed over to him by Alexandra Klein after which she told me, Lesego will be in contact with me, still no correspondence or a phone call from him. I spoke to her on Monday and she said the authorization will take a maximum of two days. I am very annoyed!!

Snatcher - Excellent service and products
I ordered quite a few items on snatcher the last month, from towels, books, lights and yoga equipment. I got excellent service and value for my money. I will definitely continue shopping at Snatcher!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - LIFE INSURANCE
The worst customer service!!! I took out a life cover 5 days ago. I tried to cancel it, no luck!!!! They point blank refuse to cancel it, they want a cancelled cession from the bank, the bank never received anything from them, I never signed any cession, there is no cession in place!!!! If I ever thought of moving any other insurance to Outsurance, that is definitely NOT GOING TO HAPPEN, EVER!!!!! And then to top it off, they have the audacity to send me a SMS, saying that they have tried to contact me numerous times and they cannot reach me, my cover will stay in place. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

I took out this policy on the 13th of January 2020, on the 16th of January I decided to cancel it because of all the bad reviews. Nkosinathi Ndlovu helped me to get it cancelled. He did an excellent job and I must say, he is very good at what he does!! Very pleasant, well spoken, friendly guy. From the day I decided to take out the policy to the day I cancelled it. Thank you Nkosinathi!!!

Excellent Pure Showers
I recommend Pure Showers. Clinton Cole was extremely professional! I am 100% satisfied with the service I received from him since day 1. He kept me informed at all times about the progress. My shower door & panel was installed sooner than I anticipated. Thank you Pure Showers!! Excellent work done!!
