Entirely the wrong order was delivered to me on Sunday. It had my name on the sticker but someone else's things. Please can these be returned today and a refund given. I explained this multiple times and clarified that the adress I am at with the products is different to the delivery adress on Sunday. But of course the driver arrived at the wrong adress today (end of Tuesday). I have spoken to numerous people and have explained this too many times. It has been escalated but Noone has been competent enough to sort this out. Escalating this doesn't work. You have all my details. Just collect these items and refund me. Simple. Then I will delete this comment.
My account with Wesbank was settled on the 23rd of this month, yet my account was debited on the 25th. The one time I was actually able to get hold of Wesbank, I was assured that I would be reimbursed, and I am now past the date I was meant to be reimbursed. Wesbank is also ignoring my emails and I cannot get hold of Wesbank over the phone. This is the method I am now using to try and get an response. Hoping it works. Wesbank can you please actually do something about this.

Never dealing with this company again. You by mistake sold an engine I paid a deposit on, and also took 8 days to pay me for an engine I sold to you. Pathetic!
I bought a 2008 3door Ford Fiesta from Motorama in June 2016. Before buying the car I was actually assured that it was a 2009 model (and the paper work did say 2009), but I found out 3 door ford fiestas were discontinued in 2008. They lied about the year. Shortly after buying the car, it started struggling to start. I was told some of my wires were melted. I had to get those replaced. Soon after, I found out I needed to replace the water pump, idler tensioner, cambelt tensioner, fan belt tensioner and timming belt. I replaced all of those. After that, my driver seat window motor also became worn out an stopped working, so I also had to replace that. NOW my engine has completely seized, I was told this was due to an oil filterer that wore out. I now need to sell my car after only having it for about a year and a half. My car is now going for less than a quarter of what I paid for it, if I even manage to sell it. Motorama is filled with liars, who sell faulty cars. I have had an absolute nightmare experience and have had to spend thousands on repairs. DO NOT BUY FROM MOTORAMA!
