So Game called me just to tell me unfortunately what I was told in store is as it is. I must survive 21days without a iron or buy a New one. It is all up to me what I choose
27 November 2020 i purchased a Bennett Irony at Game store in Durban 396 West street. on the 30 March 2021 i returned the Irony to the same store since it just died on me. when i got to the store i was informed the irony gets taken and will be given feedback after 21 days. when i asked the lady what must i iron with in the mean time she advise those are the rules. is having an irony not a need that Game feels the need to keep it for 21 days, such an inconvenience and worse i had to go over my budget because of them.
I love how you can order building materials without even having to take time off work to go to there store. Everything was done through WhatsApp and the ladie also follows up to find out about the service. Some of there work is out source depending on the area I had a problem with that and I was please to speak to the manager Mohammed who sorted everything out on my behalf. One day I wish to grace there store with my present. Keep up the good customer service

I would like to thank Hellopeter for helping me with my matter. Unfortunately my phone was not repair but I did speak to Xolisile Majaja. She advised I'm gone refund my monthly payment. I am however waiting to find out when and how.
I currently have insurance my phone ever since I bought it. This year in March I dropped my phone couple of days before locked down. The phone started acting up leading me to have to take our my sim since the number on that phone is busy. On the 1st on October I took my phone in for repairs. I called them on the 14th of October and to my surprise I'm being told repairs won't be done since I took out my sim. Now the question is did I cover my SIM or the phone what does the repair have to do with my SIM. Was I expected to expose myself to COVID19 just for a phone.
