I bought a wardrobe, and was determined to clear the purchase in 3 months. But the lay-buy dragged on and on for longer. I was told the wardrobe was not in stock and that I had to wait. After being moved from pillar to post the wardrobe was delivered with no correct *****s, at night with no delivery papers. Drivers were rude. I will never recommend that anyone buy from this shop because of their inferior customer service and the shoddy quality of their furniture. They must put their house in order. Fair Price customer service is non-existent. *****s are not the correct size, meaning that some drawers have no handles. I am so disgusted, and regret my decision to purchase.
I went to the KFC and placed an order inside the shop. There was only one salesperson serving a very long queue, while also serving the orders. It took me 45 minutes to an hour to be served with an incorrect order. I wonder when the biggest franchise like KFC, which was initially known for its Colonel Sanders' international standards, disappeared. This is shameful. The standards have deteriorated, and one wonders whether this outlet still subscribes to the principles of the franchise or is now a stand-alone where such customer services and professionalism were withheld. One wonders if any health inspections are conducted, and if monitoring and evaluation by the franchise are done?
The Orkney Small Claims Court ruled in my favour against a service provider/defendent who was supposed to pay me back the R25,000 for services never delivered. Claims Court referred me to the Balju Sheriff in Orkney town, North West. I paid for their services, which I was told they will go to the defendent's place and get whatever possessions he has so that I get paid back my money. Later was told by the Balju Sheriff the defendent claimed never to own anything. I mentioned that my *****ster owns cars which could be sold and I get paid. Instead of finding more from my information, the Sheriff's clerks shouted at me and said because of POPIA they cannot do anything more. The argument ensued when I asked questions, and whether the matter ended just like that? It was like I had no right to ask them or say anything about the *****ster. They started shouting at me; how rude I was to question how they operate. This was not only shocking for me, for a service provider supposed to help people to be on the side of the those in the wrong, with no regard at all to help the victim. I was and still am disgusted by lack of professionalism in the Orkney, Balju Sheriff Office. I hope with this review, the Orkney Magisterium Area or whoever contracts them to provide sheriff's services will care to evaluate their work. The clerks in that office are not helpful, they are RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE to clients who need their services. One would expect professionalism with receptionists at this facility. Unfortunately, I got a raw deal with a rude, shouting receptionist, who was neither helpful nor empathetic over the phone. I hope the management at this establishment would take this review serious, and orientate the receptionists to exercise good customer care behaviour and conduct.
After complaining about my account which was fully paid, yet continually receiving unpaid statements, at last RCS sent me confirmation that indeed my card was fully paid. I thank you for updating your records and clearing my name. Keep up the good work. Johnson.
I continue to be disappointed to receive statements that my account is owing R4,800 that was paid in November 2017. The statement shows the account balance is generating interest, while I have lodged many complaints to stop saying I owe, yet my account is fully paid. I am really disgusted with your notices which come to be threats.
I paid RCS card on November 28, 2017, in settlement of an amount of R4,800. I have been to their outlets (Game - Brooklyn Mall) to inquire why they are still sending me smses saying I owe them. I have called them numerous times and while they acknowledge that the payment was made, they still continue to send me demands to pay them.
Please help me with my complaint with RCS card. I paid their account in full on November 28, a sum of R4800 for ac no. Given below. They have not effected payment, and co.tinue to send me reminders. Please help. LR Johnson.
