I wish i could post a picture of this. My 5 pack of maggi crispy chicken noodles seems to have had a machine failure since my spice packets are heat shrunk in the middle and the sides are open with the spice all over on i the inside of the packet of noodles instead of inside the spice packet. Unacceptable, i hope someone reaches out to me with regards on what i can do to return this.
Home-connect accounts sent me an email threatening to switch off my internet because of a payment arrangement that has been made and agreed on for a reinstallation. Going back on a email agreement by threatening me. I advise anyone considering home-connect as an isp to stay away until they give their accounts staff proper training on how to work with people and to stay true to agreements made. I have also sent proof of the payment made as per the agreement in addition to the debit order for my service.
Horrible. Takes forever to fix issues. I pay for a 100mbps symmetrical line and speed tests show i get sub 20mbps speeds. Videos buffer and i cant connect to internet. Worst app you will ever use is home connect portal. Tickets logged for complaints do not get attented to. Eventually when someone with a brain talks to you ,your issue will be resolved but only for a week or so then it's back to ****.
The most dog**** internet I've have. Started of great but after a year the service goes downhill fast. Ping over a 1000 and service problems every day. Do yourself a favor and avoid. Pathetic!!
I requested a line move a month ago and still don't have wifi at my new house. No one has contacted me with any progress report and when i tried to phone and find out myself i was on hold for more than half an hour. Despite not having wifi for this long period and probably even longer i still have to pay in full for a service i am not recieving.
