I am so appreciative of the assistance I got with Liquid Capital with my car service query. Thank you to Tshephang Chuene who made sure to escalate my query and not just hanging up the phone and telling me there’s nothing he could do. Thank you to all the other agents as well that were helpful when I was doing a follow up calls . I got feedback at the specified turnaround time , thank you for restoring faith in your clients . Thank you to the management team that dealt with my escalation . I am definitely renewing my services warranty when it expires.
I came in wanting to do a sim swap for a physical SIM card and my eSIM at the Telkom in Centurion Mall the one that next to Dischem. The guy that assisted me did the sim swap for the physical sim and then he asked me if I still have the booklet with the qr code for the previous eSIM and I told him yes he then said I can still use the same QR code and repeatedly asked him are you sure and he said yes. To my surprise I got home tried to activate the eSIM and my phone says it’s no longer Valid. I stay from far from a Telkom store there’s no Telkom stores in Bronkhortspruit that why I wanted to be sure that the eSIM will work. Why he would tell me lies makes me believe he’s to lazy do to his job and I doubt doing the eSIM would take that long. I need a solution for this problem as I need that sim to be active the number is linked to my banking and verifications are being sent to that number. I am livid.
I’m livid to say the least. I placed an order for someone and told the delivery guy to please leave the order and the security at his workplace. The delivery guy by the name of Innocent asked for the pin I gave it to him on inbox. He did not deliver the Order when I pressed on the help button for no items received it said I couldn’t because a pin was used. The lack of customer service for uber is revolting.
I experienced the worst service at makro in edenvale by till number 28 ... cashier is the rudest person even I’ll never shop there again
Telkom can go the the nearest hell... To say I used to work for the company is utter embarrassment...My account is suspended because they say payment was not received but that’s not what my bank statement says. To say I have been encouraging people to join telkom is embarrassing they take time to cancel contracts because they say that customers cannot just cancel just like that they keep milking customers from they’re hard earned money. Service deliver is **** on all points .R3400 deducted from my account then they say I’m owing R2700 niyanya
