On the 13th of March i did an atm deposit at Cresta and the ATM switch off but the money did not reflect in the account today is the 18th still the money is not in my account. I went to the bank on Saturday and the explanation was there were missing some information from the Atm. The branch said they will have to wait for feedback and then they will call me they dont know when i will get my money.
Placed an order on the 11th of January and still no update as to when they will deliver have spent on airtime calling them and data at the office waiting for their delivery!!!!
If I could I would give them a negative star. Its been 5 months am still waiting for my refund to be processed after I was charged more duty than I should have paid. Sometimes they dont even respond to my emails and its frustrating because I asked them to sort out the duty amount issue and they said I should pay and they will process a refund from the 1st of June till now no refund has come through.
I hired car from Tempest Kramerville for 30 days. When i extended the last 5 days the guy from the call centre told me that their invoices run for 30 days so i have to bring back the car on the 12th. When i picked up the car I told them i had an additional driver and they said ok. After i returned the car i got a call from Thamsanqa from Eurocar who claimed that i was owing R4424 for 2 additional drivers that i know nothing about and extra kilometres driven. When i asked him to do a physical calculation of how many kilometres i drove it turned out i had driven less than the free kilometres allocated to me. He then said i should call the branch, i called the branch and they explained that when they closed the invoice at 30 days they used estimate so they have to correct the invoice but Thamsanqa keeps insisting that i pay the full amount!!!!! But the kilometres are still within the free kilometres!!!!
On the 28th of March 2022 the Randpark Ridge Atm switched off while I was depositing and never gave back my money. I went in to the branch and they said it will take 2 days for my money to reflect into the account 5 days later I dont have my money have gone into the branch and was told they made a mistake on the date. I am suffering because FNBs atm switched and now i am suffering because their employees made a mistake. Its a deposit that they charge me for on top of that. Other banks it takes 24hours for them to sort out the mistake but FNB its 5 days !!!!!
I am frustrated with FNB, i did a forex payment on the 31st, the transcation was rejected and the money never came back. 8 days FNB has been holding on to my money and none of their consultants can help me get my money back. I was suppose to pay my fee today but because FNB decided to reject my transcation and hold on to my money i am unable to make the deadline!!! I went to the branch they cant help me i have to phone the forex department who are not able to help me. I just need money back into my account including the fees they took as well as the intrest my money gained whilst they were holding on to it!!!!!
I am tired of FNB, my salary date changed from the 25th to the 1st, i am still trying to get other companies to change my debit order dates, but FNB charges me R150 for bounced debit orders for their bank charged, i didnt tell them to debit my account on the 29th!!!!! FNB charges me R150 for debit orders that are R79 and R159, its actually cheaper to go to a loan shark and get money at 30% interest than for you to wait for FNB to take your hard earned money i end up paying more than R1000 for banks charges only and not only that the debit orders dont bounce because my account goes into negative and I make a deposit. This month they charged me R302 for ewallet!!!! last month i had the same issue called them and told them i want to downgrade my account and guess what the agent told me, even if you downgrade the charges will not change just make sure you have funds in your account!!!!! its so easy to upgrade but to downgrade is a mission. Not to mention how difficult it is to close an account!!!!! My business account is still open even after i asked them to close it!!!
Fnb refuses to close my business account!!! I have been trying to close my fnb account since last month. When i called them in February they said i had to pay thr fees i didnt have at the time so i waited for monthend and i paid the fees after that i called again on the first of March to say please close my account the agent said the account will be closed in 24 hours and all the funds in the account will be transferred to my personal account. On the 5th i got an email stating that my account was in negative if i wanted to close the account i should deposit money into the account. Fnb is a rip off they want me to continue paying fees for an account i am no longer using. I just want to close the account please !!!!
I took out life insurance with liberty and also took out retrenchment cover. When i took out the cover i did everything they required me to do including medicals. 2019 August I got retrenched and claimed, they paid out 3 month and on the forth month they started requesting a PMA from my doctor because i was claiming even though my claim had nothing to do with my health. i had a very sad christmas because they blocked my December payment because of the PMA that my doctor had not filled and send to them. The December payment was made late. January i have the same problem my doctor has not filled in the PMA and i have not received my January payment but they are happy to debit their premium every month even though they have not paid me. i completely understand that the PMA has to be filled but what i am claiming for has nothing to do with my health. In their terms and conditions it states that they want a bank statement or proof from the labour department which i have provided. I am beginning to think my family will not be paid should I pass away !!!!
Soo frustrated with Cell C!!!! lost my phone on the 10th of March 2019, went to their Northgate Shop to block the number and do a sim swap , i managed to block the number but could not not do the Sim Swap because they did not have sim cards ( if a Cell C shop doesnt have sim cards where do they expect their clients to get them). I then drove all the way to their Clearwater store where i was told they had sim cards but their printer wasnt working so they could not do a sim swap for me. I got 2 sim cards and called the call center, was helped by a very lovely lady who told me my sim swap was done and i could use my line in 4 hours. After more than 4 hours tried the sim card but it wasnt working called Cell c again and was told sorry the sim swap was probably not successful we should try again, 4 hours later i am still without a line the sim swap was not done. I have to drive back to Clearwater to try and get another sim card. Unfortunately i cant risk going to another mall will probably get there and they have no sim cards and their printer is not working!!!!!
