Two weeks ago, I have app**** for Wi-Fi, I got the number from a friend. Everything went off well when I phoned them, immediately someone answered the phone, and I was helped and given a reference number to make a payment. Three days somebody from Vuma phone me and told me that they will be able to come the following week to install the Wi-Fi. The gentlemen came and told me that he is unable to install the Wi-Fi because there are no electricity cables in the box. The evening, he phoned again and told me that I must contact Web Africa and tell them. And that's where the problem starts. Web Africa don't take calls they divert you to their WhatsApp platform. For the past 3 days i have dealt with 5 different people, namely Tiffany K, Kristen J, Aamirah M, Zanele M and Kutlwana M. And yet nothing has been done. I told all of them that i want to cancel and would like to be refunded but nothing gets done. Every time i get a response your patience will be highly appreciated during this time or please note that we are currently experiencing a high chat volume.
Terrible customer, collecction and billing system ever that i have experience in my whole entire life. Never ever will i recommend anybody to take out any products with them.
I have purchases tablets for me on 20/05/2021 and didnt know that it was an overseas company. After paying with my credit card only then i saw it was because the amount that was taken from my bank account was more than R3000.00. I then phone my bank to cancelled the transaction and was told that they couldnt because i paid by credit card. I then phone the company to cancelled the order with immediate effect. I was then told that it would be cancelled. The next day the manager phoned me telling me that the order was captured already and i can only cancelled it when i have received the package. Up untill today i have received any package even after phoning numerous times to the company. Every time i was told by the agent that the manager will contact me asap but to no avail. Now that is totally unacceptable and it is extremely bad service which i got from them.
The best ever within an hour the money was paid into my account. such superb services is rare nowadays.
i have cancelled my retirement annuitty on the 7 november 2019 hoping that i could get my money by the 8 december 2019, i got an sms on the 10 december to say i can call the call centre on 0860607000 with a reference number only to be told that i am at the wrong department. The consultant then put me back to their switch board and i got cut off again and had to phone back again and waited until thy kingdom come. i then put the phone down thinking i will phone back within half an hour again, but to no avail, nobody answers the phone.
