DO NOT SHOP ON- ONLINE. ALERT. BOGUS **** COMPANY info@infinitygroupcompanies.co.za (dead e-mail address) It might look legitimate, but we transferred our money in good faith (R2449.00) for a 12.8V 100Ah Lithium Battery. Then... nothing. No return calls, no return e-mail. 2 weeks later, you smell a RAT. Why are there companies like this allowed to trade on the internet. what seems a good deal turns out to be *****ulent. Bogus address too, does not exist on Google Maps.
My Miele dishwasher had a F11 drainage fault! most frustrating as we all know. I logged an e-mail and had a few back and forth chats. Here is what I wrote to Miele's two technical persons who helped me. "As I type this, my Miele dishwasher is doing duty again after Sugens care and repair. I am just running a full cleaning programme cycle and am quietly confident that all is well. I would like to compliment Sugen on his calm detailed manner, he went through a myriad of details and things on his laptop which he shared with me. Also replaced certain parts under the warrantee just in time before my 2 year window closes! I will have my plumber come in to lower the outlet height as suggested to aid the little drainage pump. I am very grateful as every penny counts in these busy days of my small artisan bakery. Now that Sugen has left to face the dreaded traffic on the N3 back to Durban I am more than grateful for the superior care and knowledge shown by the Miele team, both via e-mail, phone call and call out. These all work hand in hand. In my world of small artisan business is a pressured place and I am thankful for the team out there doing this hard work. Victor on the phone or via e-mail is a gentleman and a winning positive affirmation of how to manage situations. We are all winners today. My morning ends with me being a strong Miele promoter and supporter. Back-up and care is as important as the initial sale of the product itself. Don't use telkom. DONT. There should be a ZERO star rating for this shocking company. THREE days to simply cancel my DSL line to migrate over to Afrihost. Their www site is ****, kicks you out often, phoning in and waiting over 2 and half hours to try and get this right, now on day three THREE ! Billing to sales to technical, the aunties and genties that answer have to constantly ask for help and you can hear them jabbering away, no one really knows, then I have to phone sales again because they cannot transfer you internally and if you want to rate their disgusting service you simply get cut off. It is like slow cancer this parastatal company, the sooner we are free of this the better for my health!
Nicolglen Auctioneers - Online auctions should be fun, but Andrew Lewis of Nicolglen Auctioneers is NOT the businessman you want to purchase second-hand trinkets and almost-antiques from. 3 months and still waiting for a credit that he owes remains unrepaid, promises by e-mail and more promises, " feel he knows the Guptas!" Such a pity, but then I thought he really is possibly too old for on-line auctioning and should not be in this business at all. Just totally disheartening when it could be so fun and easy to acquire old curios, where are the gentlemen of yesteryear? My advice: use other, more honest, vetted auction sites.
