Takelaot failed to deliver the items within the promised delivery period and fragmented the delivery across three separate shipments. As a direct result, alternative supply options had to be explored. While all deliveries occurred in January, this does not negate the failure to meet the agreed delivery commitments, and falls within the "Time Limits" mentioned below. Two previous deliveries under same order #199359339—for the same product—were refunded due to similar non-performance. I therefore expect this delivery to be treated consistently and refunded on the same basis.

Extremely Disappointed – 5 Days Without Service as a Business Client Vumatel as the Network Infrastructure Provider - We’ve now been without internet, cloud access, and phone services for over five days, which is completely unacceptable for a business account. What makes it worse is the lack of urgency and communication from Arcomm regarding the outage and when it will be resolved. This kind of prolonged downtime severely impacts our operations. When the network was under Vengatel, faults were addressed swiftly and efficiently. Unfortunately, that standard has clearly deteriorated under Arcomm's management. We expect far better service and accountability from a business-grade ISP.
Been down since 23rd Dec 2024, Log a fault through ISP Web Africa, which were escalated to Metrofibre, However Metrofibre claim to not be able to get hold of me despite one of their technicians contacting me and me providing them with a different contact number. Dealing with Web Africa's call center BOT is a nightmare.
Service went down on the 23rd of December 2024, after a few internal escalations, the service is still down! Very frustrating trying to log a fault or getting updates on their BOT system.
Worst after sales service, dealing with client liaison Andrew Mathe who can't read with any comprehension. Matrix took away email driver behavior alerts without notification to our company, neither were there any subscription changes. After numerous requests to Andrew Mathe and his superior Jarryd Smulders to escalate and send someone with knowledge on their offerings so that we can resolve this issue - No luck
Dean Haasbroek from Weelee is most possibly the worst sales person one can find - When buying a vehicle it took an endless amount of time to receive the OTP and required documents. When promised the car will be ready, the driver arrived, only to find out it is not ready. When the car was eventually collected, it is NOW over a month and we still have not received the car's documents etc despite numerous calls and emails.
Dealing with the sales rep Dean Haasbroek is an absolute nightmare - Never gets back to you, send wrong quotes / invoices / OTP. Take a lifetime to correct information on documents etc. >1 week to conclude a deal.
Great Sales pitch, but unfortunately once signed up the after sales service goes... Cancelation of previous contracts not done. No back up power at their High Sites. Calls get ignored. No escalation. The list just goes on and on.
